Misschien wat ouderwetse kamers

Alle Mitarbeiter*innen waren super freundlich, unser Zimmer sehr geräumig, das Bad eher klein aber mit viel Ablagefläche. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch das Panorama-Frühstücksrestaurant in der 9. Etage.

Vom Frühstücksbuffet waren wir etwas enttäuscht. Es gab keine Körnerbrötchen und z.B. nur 2 Marmeladen zur Auswahl. Vieles hätte schneller nachgebracht werden müssen, da Säfte, Käse, Marmeladen und Joghurt nahezu aufgebraucht waren. Und das Samstags gegen 8:30 Uhr. Wenn das Zimmer € 30,-/ € 35,- wäre es stimmig aber so hat das für uns Abzüge im Preis- Leistungsverhältnis gegeben.

Nice Breakfast, Spacious room, wide windows views over the city, panoramic breakfast room, helpful staff. Bathroom with both shower and tub. Good location and parking space.

The hotel is a little bit dated, nothing to be worried about but it stands still in time in the 80's. I am not very keen on that but I believe that some clients will apreciate. Close to the railroads some train noise but also nothing unberable.

The location and view are excellent.

Food was really good. Rooms really clean and comfy. Staff amazing, even though not all speak English well they were very nice and helpful.

Room was warm, bed was comfortable, nice view from balcony, housekeeping changed towels etc each day.

Staff were unfriendly, outside of building is in serious need of maintenance/painting, rooms were very dated and in need of refreshing, pillows were flat, WiFi didn't work very well, there were 2 black hairs in the shower and on one bed (I have blonde hair) and an extra breakfast was added to my bill for one morning even though I never dined at the hotel. My friend lives local to the hotel and we had enquired only about her joining me for breakfast and paying the additional fee to which she was told it most likely was not possible for her to do this and to pay at the desk on the day if it was possible. It was still added to my bill regardless. Luckily I paid in advance and quiered this but the woman behind the desk was very rude when cancelling the additional breakfast off my bill.

Large room with a balcony and lovely view. Very nice breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Short walking distance from the station and centre of town.
