The hotel is far from the city center but there is a bus goes directly to city center and the bus stop is next to the hotel. If you need something after 22h30, you have to call to a number they provided. The guy who answered was very kind and friendly with our situation.

I stayed one night in the hotel and some misinformation were noticed. It was a warm day and we couldn't use the air conditioning, since it didn't have in the room (as showed in the facilities). It is a centralised air conditioning and they didn't turn on in the period we stayed there. The solution was to open the window, but some mosquitos got inside. We payed a city tax in the check out. The woman in the reception was rude with us when questioned about the tax, since in the booking reservation it was not especified this tax, as in other hotels in Italy.

Breakfast was fine and fare. Location is very good near airport and not far from city center. Receptionists are excellent. Food is fine but still little varities.

Room was ok but hot, bed cover was not clean which shows not changed for months. Room cleaner or service was rude who needs more training on how to deal with guests.

Noise did propagate quite easily so an early night would be challenging, but everything was calm by 11 Tricky finding plugs as well

The hotel looked like needed an urgent refresh on both interior and exterior. Room was dissapointing, dirty walls, spotty repairs in the bathroom, smell of a very powerfull parfume by the cleaning personell just to cover the moldy smell coming from the heating instalation. The reservation was for 2 nights with breakfast, surprisingly the range of food was quite wide, not just the original italian style breakfast. Tip:if you pick thia hotel and want to visit the city center, you need to pick the bus number 25 or 25A.

The hotel is getting on in years. Our room was simple but clean. Bathroom and toilet as well. Breakfast was Italian but with sausage, salami and some cheese. The staff and owners were very knowledgeable and friendly. In our case, the price of the night was accidentally billed twice. After two mails, the overpaid amount was refunded without hesitation. Although we had already checked out, we were allowed to stay in the fenced hotel parking lot for the duration of our sightseeing in Bologna. In front of the hotel the bus 25A goes directly to the center. For a short stay in transit, the hotel is recommended because of the very good price-performance ratio.

The dirtiest carpets I have ever seen in my life. The floor in the corridors is devastated and the owner decided to put disguistingly dirty and worn out carpets on it. I do not recommend this place.

The breakfast was good, the staff is very kind.

In my opinion the hotel needs some renovations.
