First of all, I want to thank the hotel management for such an excellent service, all the staff who were responsive, receptive, always helpful. I thank everyone who cleaned the room, and I also want to specifically note that it was my birthday and the hotel management paid attention to this, even gave a small gift. the room was very small and it was equipped for one person (we had one bedstand, one reading lamp, even one wine glass). The price was to high for what we experiwnced at the hotel

The hotel is easy to access and there are plenty of busses and a metro station close by. The terrace bar is a nice place to see the sunset and to chill over a beer. The employees were very nice and helpful. The free wifi was working fine.

The room is poorly insulated, and you can hear everything from all the other rooms around. I also attached a picture of the light that enters through under the door at night. The furniture and the hotel are both old and not necessarily well maintained. Clearly not a 4-star hotel. The air conditioning was awful. Turning it to the lowest setting still didn't bring the temperature under 24/25 degrees, even at night. The minibar was tiny and also really bad at cooling, leaving a bottle of water over night didn't chill it until the morning. No coffee/tea in the room, no way to boil water. The pool is very tiny and difficult to find the room to use it. There was no toilet brush.

The bed was very comfortable and our room had all we needed. It was cleaned everyday by the sweetest cleaning lady. Katharina really made us feel at home. The hotel is close to the metro and you can find great places to eat nearby.

great location for what we wanted by being so close to the nou camp

Very good location, close to the subway station and the Camp Nou stadium. Clean environment and friendly staff.

More expensive than expected, the double-bed is rather small for 2 people, sometimes a bit noisy.

The room at floor 8 was excellent! Great view, morning sun. Very friendly staff. Perfect cleaning.

We asked to change room at floor 1, no view and hard to reach the small window high up. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy any view from that room at all.

Staff were prefect, The view from the balcony was wonderful. So near to the Barcelona FC Football Stadium. Restaurant was amazing.

Too expensive for me.......it was during New Year's Eve but still, it was too expensive.
