Fabulous breakfast and excellent location

Smart , comfortable, clean hotel in excellent location, at the centre of Benidorm. Very pleasant, professional staff. Very good breakfast.

Some may find it a bit too far from the beach.

Breakfast was superb. Plenty of choice and well prepared. Excellent location for exploring the old town of Benidorm. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and good shower.

Unfortunately there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The lady on reception (Raquel) was very helpful, the hotel is clean and modern. We did have a couple of minor issues with the room but once reported these were quickly dealt with. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower that had an overhead shower and one on the wall which pleased my wife as she hates having to get her hair wet every night. The bathroom was very clean but there was a problem, see below in the didn't like section. The only meals we ate in the hotel was breakfast where the selection was vast a good choice of continental and hot food. Some of the food quality wasn't that good in the hot selection so after the first morning we tended to choose the continental and egg on toast. The location of the hotel was excellent but this does come at a cost see below. It's close to the beach and the old town.

There was mould under the sealant on the inside of the shower, this is not because it wasn't cleaned but due poor installation of the glass shower screen, whoever installed the screen sealed it with silicon on the inside and outside of the shower, this means any moisture that gets in stays in and goes mouldy. Shower screens should be sealed on the outside only so water can escape back into the shower. For the hotel this was room 117, easy to fix, remove the silicon on the inside. The location meant the hotel is in the centre which is very noisy throughout the night, there was a coach that would pull up in the early hours leaving the engine running and the drunks shouting going past the hotel ensured a good nights sleep was not possible but if you want the location this is the price which must increase in the high season. With exception of toast and eggs the hot breakfast food quality was not good.

Booked for short break, stayed just over a week. Actually had checked out ready to go home, when changed plans found be a room straight away and did not have to wait for official checkin time. Hotel great recently refurbished to a high standard.

I was the lead name on a group. I booked 4 rooms and we each paid the same price yet my room was substantially inferior to the others. No balcony & inadequate shower. Ur would appear that my room was for disabled guests. I was not impressed

Hotel Bristol is beautiful, great location, great facilities, great food, staff were exceptional, will definitely be returning to this hotel, stunning.

The quad rooms were too small for 4 people, our balcony door broke so we had to move room which was a bit annoying and the balcony was too small and overlooked the back of another building which was a bit grim

The hotel was so lovely from the staff to the facilities were fantastic the location in the old town was ideal with a short taxi ride to the new town (e6 for 4 people). The breakfast was lovely with a good variety of foods to suit all, pancakes waffels cereals fresh fruit with both choices of cooked and cold meat with lovely breads and pastries too. The lunch buffet was also really good value for money and great choice of dishes. A short walk away there is lots of shops and restaurants on the way to the beautiful sandy beach.
