I was able to park my car, the owner made sure everything was ok and was genuinely interested in every guest. It was very close to the harbour and facilities. The hotel was clean, breakfast very good with good quality food.

Exceptional accommodation, spotlessly clean, breakfast beautifully prepared. Everything served with a warm smile. A small bar so you have a drink if required. A very comfortable lounge so we could stay and chat with family staying in a different room, rather than going to the bedrooms.

Car park was a little tight, we used a taxi one day. we didn’t need to use the car, it stayed put.

Great location close to all amenities, hosts were great and very helpful. Hotel had everything needed for a great 3 day stay 👍

The hotel was furnished to a high standard with thick carpets and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom, Although small, had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and made me feel very welcome. Very close to the sea front.

Very little but if I had to be picky, a plug socket near the bed would have been useful for charging my phone (and keep it in arms reach), on arrival, I had no option but to park on double yellow lines to check in a there was nowhere nearby to park. It's advertised as a 24hr reception but you can only check in till 8pm, which due to holiday traffic, nearly missed. The free parking spaces were very tight and hard to get into it. I struggled getting out of the car and was nervous all holiday about finding my car damaged when I left.

My room was small but I only used it to sleep as I was out most of the time

Could not fault this hotel it was perfect . The hotel owners could not do enough for us it made our stay perfect . We will definately reccomend this place and we will return . Thankyou guys

The location was central and . Food excellent and the hygeine levels were outstanding.

Not so many stairs. No good for people with mobility problems.

We had an amazing stay in Torquay and Hotel Peppers was the perfect base. Lovely rooms and lovely hosts. We had 2 rooms close together on the same floor. We were lucky to arrive in time to grab a parking spot behind the hotel. The rooms have everything you need - a kettle, big mirror, complementary bottle of water for each person, coffee/tea, a stand-alone room fan, TV, ensuite bathroom with shampoo/conditioner, shower wash, and hand wash. The bed was very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast, but did have some drinks in the lounge in the evening, Sanjeev took our requests and brought the drinks to us, Good wifi, seats in the decking area to relax in the daytime too. Very clean. An all-round cosy hotel, close to the harbour and town. Perfect. Will definitely stay at Hotel Peppers again if we return to Torquay. Thank you Sanjeev and Sabita.
