Spacious room in a good location. Extremely lovely staff who are very attentive.

The breakfast lay out was a bit hectic and difficult to get to the food with lots of people in a small space.

I just stayed for one night but it was a great choice. The receptionist was one of the most professional I have ever met. The service she provided was more of a 5 stars hotel!

Location is near the train ststion, nice room space an good breakfast. Staff are amazing and very kind. Space to leave your luggage before and after your stay.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was not too bad. The staff is helpful & polite. The bed & pillows are very comfortable.

The property looks old; The room is not cozy , toilet flooring are made of ceramic tiles; The balcony looks dated & old to use.

Staffs were all really friendly and kind to us while we were there. Housekeeping was very quick to respond. Breakfast spread was simple but very hearty! One plus point is that they have a water dispenser so you wouldn’t have to drink from the tap.

Facilties were a bit older but you can tell that the management maintains it the best they can. Toilet can be quite cold.

Sandrine helped me check in and I found out that the hotel had upgraded my room for free. As there wasn't many guests around they gave me a breakfast form to fill so I could choose what I wanted for my stay and they would prepare it for me. Sandrine is really so warm and bubbly that she genuinely made my stay at Hotel Crystal Interlaken a memorable one.
