All inclusive in one place in a neighborhood with a mix of old money, financial sector and modern art deco with very clean lines. The in room and public jacuzzi, heated pool and sauna were a good break from winter and formal activities. Staff were nice and very friendly. Breakfast is a good spread. Great area: business district and the old country club. Quick hop to the touristic and bustling Mira Flores from the property.
The water drains slow in the shower sometimes, but water pressure is nicely high.

They give me worst room ever. Next to the chillers of the building . I couldn`t sleep at all for the night.
The bathroom was not at the best cleaning conditions. Towels was old and not smell fresh!

The deluxe suite is nice and spacious, with nice views in several directions. There are plenty of comfortable couches. The bathroom has a shower, jacuzzi and sauna. The bed is large, with many comfortable pillows.
There's little to no soundproofing, which we found out due to a party going on at a nearby rooftop. The windows are also quite dirty (on the outside), making the nice views far less than they could be. The biggest letdown was the jacuzzi being too small for two people; essentially it's for 1 person..

Well located, free parking, helpful and nice staff, good breakfast.
I found a dirty sock in the room (that means they don’t clean very well), the towels where dingy / grayish, didn’t looked white and clean (they changed them by request but a five stars hotel should have all the towels in good condition), the bed was hard, the room had a smell like lack of ventilation.

The room was amazing! The concierge was very helpful and polite!
the reception staff “didn’t understand English”, we’re unhelpful. I have never had such a bad experience at a hotel of this caliber… was very disappointed.

The wifi was out most of the time, they entered the room even though they told they wouldn't until we requested it. They wouldn't give me a receipt for the room even though the last time I stayed there they did. Several of the staff were very short and rudely quick with the service. Didn't feel welcome.

The location was perfect and the amenities were excellent, but the staff was AMAZING and it made our trip that much better!

The pool was not available in our staying.
