Location and facilities are great

The suite (#2502) was awful and in need of urgent refurbishment. The floor was heavely damaged. The view included the waste container park of the hotel. No reading lights in the sitting room, just a number of too white bulbs in some ornament on the ceiling. No light button on the wall next to the entrance of the windowless sleepingroom. No light next to the right side of the bed. Tea bags but no water cooker. Connecting doors were far from sound proof. The room door didn't close: no necessity to put a light on at night. But most annoying was the airco that gave a deafening blast of cold air every five minutes. For approximately 700 USD per night including taxes, excluding breakfast, we felt cheated. We understand that most suites are of comparable quality. When checking out, we got the uninvited advice to check out the other Renaissance hotel in Oranjestad next time, because of the better rooms.

O acesso à ilha dos flamingos sem dúvidas é o ponto alto desta acomodação. Além disso, o entorno do hotel é bem servido de opções de restaurantes para quem deseja sair a pé. O shopping anexo ao hotel é pequeno, mas conta com boas lojas, especialmente de artigos de luxo.

Procedimento de check-in poderia ser mais atencioso. Ficamos duas noites e não foi feita a limpeza do quarto, nem arrumação da cama, o que é bastante decepcionante em um hotel desse nível e preço. As amenities oferecidas no quarto são um tanto quanto precárias. Custo x benefício do café da manhã também deixou bastante a desejar.

A ilha privada do hotel é lindíssima, a estadia é válida pelas belas praias da ilha.

Me hospedei no 5o andar e havia uma reforma em alguns quartos, a partir das 8h da manhã começava um barulho insuportável de batidas de portas no corredor, depois constatei que as batidas das portas eram provenientes da reforma e de alguns funcionários da limpeza, lamentável. Outro ponto a ser melhorado é o buffett do café da manhã, é tudo muito bem feito, porém repetitivo, todos os dias as mesmas opções.

First of all let me say the pictures you see here it’s across the street from other Renaissance property, I booked this one because of those amazing pictures, which is Miss leading, because of that I was very disappointed to booked a year ahead of time, paid 600+ per night to not on the beach,we have ocean view room , there are above the swimming pool , very loud all the time till 9 or 10 pm, Plus next to main road, cruise ship in and out , it’s not the relaxing. If you eat there, they charge service fee and want you to tip , that’s ridiculous I’m sorry, if you charge service fee which is totally understand because not every country has the tipping culture,but don’t require to tip if you already charged more than 15% of the service fee.

The private island and the free ferry that leaves from the hotel lobby. Also the beach area on the ocean resort is very pleasant.

We stayed at the Marina and found it very noisy.

The private island was beautiful and the 15 minute boat ride to and from it was a blast! The staff was exceptional, pleasant, and informative . The hotel was very well kept and very clean.

It was quite loud at night, but it is in Aruba on the Main Street, connected to the mall, and near the airport, so it’s kind of unavoidable. There was some loud maintenance going on at 6 am a couple of mornings, but besides those issues it was wonderful.

lindo cuarto , desayuno muy bueno- trasporte a playa del hotel muy bueno por bote.

It was so beautiful and staff was very nice.

The adult side was so dry and Family side was so lit.
