The owner is meticulously thoughtful to provide all items of convenience such as toiletries, kitchenware, bedlinens, entertainment and even toys for kids. It felt like home away from home. Had a great time.

Loved the house and location. Plenty of room for all nine of us. A short walk to the beach. Only issues were the house could use some updating. We had young children that required naps and needed a dark room that couldn’t be achieved with the blinds provided. Every door in the house made a lot of noise too. The bed in the master bedroom was rock hard to the point we had to go buy a blow up mattress to go on top. These are all circumstantial issues. We still had a great time spending time with family.

Great location, clean spacious home with lots of room for all the family. Very well equipped, but do need to bring bottom bed sheet and pillow cases. Good size garden with table tennis, basketball, weber and plenty of seating. Great location. Short walk to beach and restaurants or 2 min drive to Aldi, Iga, restaurants, servo, beach etc Hosts are easy to communicate with and simple check in. Great house for a long or short stay, wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thanks for having us!

Excellent property for family and friends with pets. Back yard is fully secure, great for pets and kids. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the city centre. We certainly will come again.

Great for the whole family.

We stayed 6 nights and were pleasantly surprised when we walked in the door! The house was so spacious with plenty of room for the 5 of us to stay, sleep and play comfortably. Lots of supplies available and a loads and plates, bowls, cups, cookware and cutlery. Everything you need is right there. Huge backyard too! Nice and close to the beach and close to the traffic lights, making crossing the busy road safe with three kids in tow. Easy walk into the shops also which I was great considering getting a park in Dromana over summer is near impossible. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay again soon :)

The house was amazing. Spacious and updated. Plenty of room for 9 of us, with a great studio out the back. The garden was secure for our dog as well. Beach just across the road. Great house for families of all ages to enjoy. Loved our stay and would highly recommend to others.

Excellent set up, plenty of room for a large family, inside and out. Very clean and comfortable. Easy and enjoyable walk along beach and walking track to main shops. Little ones were happy to play outdoors in the secure yard, with basketballs, scooters and play equipment. Thank you 🙏

The property is amazing and caters for everyone! Huge kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses for ten people, open plan with dining room table adjoining for ease of serving food. The lounge room was spacious and having the television up on the wall is a useful feature to enable more space and set up the couches for easy communication across people sitting on the various couches. Three spacious bedrooms in the main house and thoughtful night lights on the wide hall for walking to the kitchen/bathroom in an unfamiliar place. The property keeps going! Gorgeous wooden deck outside with large and comfortable outdoor dining table and chairs, open up to a beautiful and enclosed grasses area. Table-tennis table under cover, perfect kids and adults alike and a small outdoor play equipment set for the younger ones. Then a fully- equiped granny flat with separate bedroom with queen size bed and two single beds in the main room which can equally operate as a second bedroom. Finally, dealing with the host Paul has been a delight. He promptly answered all my questions before and during the stay. I accidentally left a library book behind and it seems he is an Agatha Christie fan also! He is kindly going to post the book back to me, not even asking money for the postage. A kind, thoughtful host with excellent communication skills. Go ahead and book! You will not regret it. Perfect venue for a weekend away with my family and friends.

This rental was ideal for our group of 9 adults as we needed the 4 single beds on offer. The Beach house with it's large dining table enabled us to enjoy our meals together. We were warm and comfortable and enjoyed Netflix and some of the board games provided. A wonderful place to stay even in winter. Tony

We had a family wedding in Red Hill and needed a property that had multiple rooms for the many different family members - we found it! It was exactly as pictured and stated and Paul was fantastic to deal with. (We had one issue with some missing linen but as soon as Paul was made aware, he sorted it out - fantastic customer service) There was heaps of room for all of us and the self-contained unit out the back was awesome. Great location with many different eateries very close and within walking distance. Easy to drive to the mountain biking paths also. We enjoyed our walks (and runs) down by the beach. Luv, luv, luved it - thank you!

Paul is a fantastic host. The place was clean, spacious and very functional for couple of families with Kids...Our kids loved the Ping Pong table and Basketball Hoop at the Front of the property. Close proximity to the Beach and a short stroll to Restaurants and Cafes.... We all had a great time. We highly recommend it, and would definitely stay again!

We have just stayed in this property and had a great time. Our group comprised six adults and three very young children. Plenty of space for everyone, both inside and out. The kitchen is very well appointed with plenty of new crockery and cutlery. Very clean throughout. Paul was very accommodating with all our queries and responded very quickly. We would definitely consider it again in the future.

Housed 10 people in comfort, not overpriced, handy location and everything ran smoothly. Nothing to complain about.
