L’emplacement. La personne a l’accueil Halima très courtoise et sociable. Toujours avec un sourire. La propreté et le design du hall de l’hôtel.

Frigo qui ne fonctionne pas, cuvette toilette à notre arrivée avec tâche d’urine, le sol de la chambre pas propre. Jus d’orange pressé en extra au petit déjeuner 😞, alors que d’autres clients NON. A ne rien comprendre .

Very friendly staff. In particular, the young lady at reception. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Parque laminate flooring, plenty of hot water, comfy bed. Breakfast was pleasant and plentiful in a calm environment. Overall a great hotel at a reasonable price. Top location. Three minute walk to the main train station, with the Palais Royal and modern art museum not far away. The kasbah is an easy pleasant 25 minute walk.

The noise from the street below was not that noticeable. We soon slept soundly in a good bed. Access to a shared balcony was provided, although the room was a little bit on the small side.
