Check in not friendly. No breakfast, Published pictures are not of the hotel I stayed in. TV is present, but not working. No parking space, even after reservation.

The price had a good value for money and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is pretty well located, with easy access to public transportation.

The check in system is confusing. It is done in another building with the name of other hotel. You can't decide to have breakfast at last call. I was denied breakfast because I didn't order it in advance. The shared bathrooms are not clean and very few for the amount of rooms.

Affordable price. Fresh towels and clean linens. Delicious pizza.

The place is not maintained well. Some of rooms are cold even with enabled radiators.

The staff was really friendly and spoke English fluently. He also provided us with a room with a private bathroom. It was simple to drive there from Aachen.

- We could detect some sort of damp smell in the room. - The refrigerator was filthy and smelled so bad that we did not use it. - The indoor air quality was the worst part! There was no ventilation, and it was hot and moist. We initially opened the window to let the weather in, but a lot of mosquitoes got inside, so we had to close it. But we had trouble sleeping due to the humid and hot temperature. Reopening the window did not help, unfortunately! We made the decision to leave the property at 2 in midnight!!
