Was a wonderful stay. Home was perfect in every way. Was close to PI and everything else needed. Would stay here again most definitely.

We loved our stay! It was in a neighborhood with a walkway and park. We were there to see our grandson/ nephew graduate from Parris Island! It was so close which was helpful since we had to be there early 2 days! Being in a home where we could cook and do laundry was important!

My brother and I, along with my dog, were visiting the area to see my son graduate from Boot Camp. We were within 12 minutes from the location on base and did not come across any major traffic. The house was comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood when reaching out I received a response almost immediately. Overall, we had a good experience.

We booked this cottage for our son's Marine Corp Graduation from Parris Island. What a lovely place to stay! Quiet, clean and close to Parris Island! We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations and would stay there again. Parris Island is about a 5 minute jaunt which saved precious sleep time as we had to be there EARLY. The beds were comfy which is needed for my husband who has a very bad back. Even the pull-out couch was comfortable for our Marine our last night there. Thank you for being flexible with us! Would highly recommend. :)

This was our first time staying in this cozy little bungalow and we all absolutely loved it! It has everything you will need and is the perfect spot for vacation or Marine Corps graduations. We vacation in Beaufort often and will most definitely check availability everytime we plan to come.

The location of this home is great; close to everything and only a 20 minute drive to the beach. The house is decorated with antiques and is very cozy. There is a hole in the middle of the hallway covered by duct tape and a rug(my older friend was afraid she was going to fall through). The ceiling in the Livingroom has pieces of the popcorn ceiling hanging in several spot. The outside leaves a lot to be desired. The small sitting area was covered in leaves and the cushions on the chairs were dirty. The outside could use a little TLC. We had a great time and did enjoy the home.

We had a fantastic stay at this little cottage. It was perfect for my mom, my son and our 2 dogs. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean and cozy. The location was perfect for adventuring around Port Royal, Beaufort, St. Helena, etc. We are very likely to stay here again. Thank you so much.

I thought the interior of the property was warm, cozy and well equipped for a short stay with all the immunities. The exterior looked a bit run down which would make relaxing in the back yard a bit difficult as it was a bit over grown (I know it’s technically still winter), but aside from the exterior appearance, I thought everything was fantastic. The mattress was comfortable, everything in the cottage was clean, and I would definitely rent this place again just because if it’s location and short distance from downtown.

This was a great location and just what we needed for our stay. Very clean and welcoming, close to Parris Island.

We enjoy staying here. It’s just the right size for our family. Looking forward to the next trip.

Our son was graduating Marine boot camp. This was very close to Parris Island and easy to find. The house was very clean and perfect for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

It was my sons first beach trip, and this was the perfect place to stay! It was so cozy and clean! Really enjoyed where it was and had no problem with checking in or anything! Lana was very kind as well.

We stayed at this property during graduation week as our son graduated boot camp at Parris Island. There were basic utensils for cooking some simple meals for our family. The beds were very comfortable! There are some cosmetic issues with the property (ceiling in the living room and the floor in the hallway in front of the first bedroom) but overall this was a GREAT value for the property. We were about 10 minutes from base, 30 minutes from Hunting Island which was great for shelling, and about an hour from Hilton Head. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, there are 2 schools very nearby. We never had to contact the owner for anything but would have valued instructions on how to lock the door posted somewhere! lol We did get it figured out though. It is a very cozy space but worked well for our family. Thank you for hosting us!

We were very disappointed in the house we rented for my grandsons Marine graduation. The house was not up to what was noted nor lived up to reviews. Most of the reviews were all favorable and we rented based on the reviews. We do not recommend nor would we rent there again. Sue stephens

A bit longer to a beach. Closest place to swim was Harbor Island beach. Hilton Head is approximately 1 hour away. I loved hearing the tree frogs at night & watching the chameleons crawl around during the day.
