Great location in a lovely wide road away from the traffic but still easy to walk into the town or shops and restaurants. Added bonus of parking on site at a reasonable daily rate , leave the car and walk as mainly flat. Great breakfast and bar was spacious and light with a lovely terrace.
Hot water delivery was slightly erratic in the room.

Great welcome very friendly lovely facilities excellent location
Rooms at front of hotel smell quite damp and musty - window frames in very poor condition and lots of condensation on windows in the morning. I was on first floor.

Beautiful building in great location. Staff very friendly, helpful and obviously well trained.
Toiletries not great quality and very drying on the skin. There was a male toiletry set but no female version.
I would expect handcream in bathrooms.
There was coffee but no tea in the room.

From the moment we arrived the staff (Freddy and Lena on reception) were really friendly and professional. Our friends and ourselves got a free upgrade to a deluxe suite which was fantastic. Kamil in the restaurant and bar was really knowledgeable and the service was second to none. The food was fantastic cooked by Carlos. Also Debbie from housekeeping was really helpful and propt when I needed another towel.

Well appointed hotel in easy reach of the Montpellier district. Very comfortable beds.
Woken in the early hours by a brief fire alarm , though no evacuation necessary. My full breakfast was cooling a little by the time it was served, waiting for my husband's eggs to be prepared.

Very good stay. Staff very helpful and courteous. Breakfast good - there were lots of options and good service from the waitress. Great location.

The room was tastefully decorated, spacious and quiet. The shower was amazing, I could have stood there for hours! The breakfast was to die for, definitely one of the best I've ever tasted. Check in and parking was easy. The location was perfect for us and close to some lovely restaurants and bars without being in a noisy location.
