Family reunion with seven people. We all fit comfortably! Barry was very responsive as I messaged him throughout my stay. Clean and great location. Would stay again!

Barry was so easy to communicate with beginning to end. His property offered a clean and spacious place for our families to hang out and be together. So close to hiking spots, town, golf, Storyland and Mt. Washington. We had a fantastic family vacation!

We loved the location (near Mt Washington, Attitash, and Santas Village). Quiet, clean, plenty of space; cant ask for much more.

From start to finish we had an amazing stay. The condo is absolutely beautiful and has a really nice layout. Barry is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We enjoyed the location as it is so centrally located to so many areas to hike(so many waterfalls) and have family fun. Everything we did was within an hour or less car ride, even going into Maine. A fun place to stay and visit.

We had a great time staying at this condo. It was comfortable and clean with soft beds. We appreciated that every bedroom had a portable fan, as it was a warm while we were there. We rented the for the weekend so we could enjoy our annual "college reunion". Two families stayed all weekend, while 2 families joined us at nearby echo lake for the day. We did enjoy a meal together at the condo which had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone to gather, eat and socialize. There was some confusion over use of the pool at the clubhouse. We were going to use it for an hour before dinner, but were told the condo owner didn't have a membership. However, this was not true. This wasn't an issue for us though as we had plenty of other things to do! and Barry was very apologetic and promptly responded to the message we sent upon check-out. We would rent this condo again.

This house was great my our family trip to Santa’s Village and Story Land. We had plenty of space and everything we needed. Great location. In a quiet area but close to everything.

Great condo! Very clean, lots of room for adults and kids. Cool loft area with games for the kids. Excellent location near Story Land, Mt Washington and more.

All we needed for a good time. We enjoyed our stay. There is a hot tub there however we did not see any indication that there was permission given to utilize it.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was quiet, clean and spacious. Everything you could need was there! It was convenient to storyland and North Conway without all of the traffic. would highly recommend!

The property was clean and spacious! Only downfall is NO air conditioning, but, we made the best of it and cooled off in the Saco and rock slides along the Kangamangus. All of which was a short ride. The location is convenient and very quiet/peaceful!!!

My family and I enjoyed the stay at this condo. The place was clean and set up with all items you’d need for week or weekend. Condo is conveniently located with in 20 min ride to main hiking trails , shops, restaurants and Intertament. We were here over the 4th of July weekend but would love to see this place in winter. Highly recommended.

Condo was great! Quiet area but close to lots of fun!

We had a wonderful stay! We had two kids and four adults. There was plenty of room. The kids loved he bunk beds and the bookcase full of books to read! Everything was clean and we felt right at home! It was less than a 2 minute drive to Storyland.

We really enjoyed our short stay at this condo. It was perfectly located for a day at Story Land with our grandchildren. Had everything we needed for cooking in and is definitely kid friendly. Only disappointment was that the two pullout couches were not usable as beds. Overall a great stay!!!

This was a very clean and welcoming place, great for large families. Lots of sliders to have a great cross breeze you don't need an AC in my opinion

This rental has everything you need for big group. Plenty of space and accommodations. Just remember to turn on the hot water before you shower.

Clean, spacious and Barry was very helpful! We had young kids with us and the place was perfect!Great location! The condo was stocked with toys and kitchen basics! We had a great time and highly recommend this place!

We stayed here for a quick weekend visit to Storyland. Barry was very quick with answering questions. When we arrived it had been a very hot day so the condo was really warm. No A/C but we were able to open the sliders and turned on the fans, it cooled down quickly. It's a quick drive to storyland which was great. We were a little disappointed to find out that the pool was $7 per person. All and all my family had a great time here and would recommend it to anyone.

We enjoyed the stay. There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of extra beds. But the sofa/couch was more comfortable than the beds. Didn't have a/c, but the only humid day was the beginning of our stay, and the weather for the rest of the stay was nice. They have fans in every room and celing fan in the kitchen. The grill was small, but worked. We grilled the whole time we were there. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the toys. We did family game nights with the board games provided. We didn't get a chance to check out the pools at the Christmas Mountain clubs, costing $7 per person per day was a debate for us. The kids got to go to Santa's village for the water park. Storyland is literally 2 mins drive from this place. Also close to Attitash mountain activities. Went for the 4th of July and the kids got to play with some sparklers outside in the parking lot. Large parking area in the front of the house. Also a fire pit in the back yard, but didn't get a chance to use it.

We really enjoyed staying at Barry's condo. Wonderful location - very close to Story land; quiet, beautiful. Large bedrooms, eating and living space. Very clean. We would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Barry's condo and exploring the wonders of the White Mountains. The accommodations were as described in previous reviews (clean, comfortable, and more than adequately stocked) and Barry was a great host with information about local attractions. We were able to comfortably sleep two families of five (children ages 15-21) with plenty of room to relax and decompress after days of hiking, zip lining, and exploring. The building was a minute drive off Rt. 16 and easy to find in a quiet/secluded area (not rows and rows of connected buildings) with plenty of yard space - the kids spent hours enjoying the fire pit in the backyard. The condo is centrally located with quick access to Storyland, Mt. Washington, North Conway, and the Kancamagus Highway (Take the "Kanc" for an incredibly scenic ride to Loon Mt. in Lincoln to access more wonders of the Whites). We will continue to return to the area to enjoy our mountain adventures and Barry's condo will be first on our list for a home base. This condo is very well equipped with lots of room and sleeping options. Close to attractions and restaurants. Very clean and breezy with a deck off of most rooms. Next door to Story Land.

Story land was just 3 minutes drive from this stay. We were close to everything and within an easy drive to so many destinations. Thanks for making this a trip of a lifetime. Special thanks to accommodate our bigger group and all are very happy and thankful. The stay was very peaceful and beautiful. We would like to visit again in near future.

We stayed at this location for a visit to StoryLand and Christmas Village, and the stay was fantastic. We stay in many homes, and usually we make the statement when arriving "I hope they have 'X', because we didn't bring it". Not only were we extremely happy with all such hopes, but with this condo we found ourselves more likely saying "I can't believe they have 'Y'!" This condo had everything you needed and some. It was the most professionally run, it was a smooth process from start to finish. We stayed with my family (of five) and the grandparents, and had some cousins stop by. With five kids, there was plenty of room, toys, and a great DVD player. Literally everything worked fantastically. We make a trip to StoryLand every year or two, and usually stay at different places for our trip; going forward, we will be looking to stay here, because it has everything we need!

The condo was spacious, comfortable, and super clean. Every bedroom had a slider to a balcony to let the cool mountain breezes in and make for a great night of sleep. The owner was very responsive to any questions that arose, and was very easy to work with. There was plenty of room in the "yard" for games and for the children to play. There is so much to do in the area, We hiked Mt. Washington via Tuckermans Ravine trail (15 minute drive to trailhead), we went to Diana's Baths (which was gorgeous, refreshing, and again - a 15-minute drive), and ate at some great restaurants in North Conway. We had a fantastic experience in the White Mountains and can't wait to come back to this property next year! Thanks Barry!!

It had everything that you need for a group of 8-10 folks. Nice location & very close to story land. Only feedback would be to have at least one king bed.
