Room is pretty and clean. and the most amazing thing is They Have Elevator!!!! XD Breadfast is good, especially the eggs :) it taste better then my AMS trip.

Upon entering my room, I was greeted by a lovely surprise—a heart-shaped chocolate on my pillow. It was a sweet gesture that instantly made me feel valued as a guest. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness really made a difference. The staff at this hotel deserve special mention for their outstanding service. Every encounter with them was met with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. One day, due to a rushed schedule, I, unfortunately, missed breakfast. However, Kristin, the hotel's owner, went above and beyond to ensure I didn't go hungry. She kindly prepared a bowl of fresh fruit and a delicious croissant just for me. It was a gesture that made me feel genuinely cared for. Location-wise, this hotel couldn't be better situated. It is conveniently near Interlaken West station, making it a breeze to access all the main attractions, restaurants, and bus stops. Whether you're exploring the breathtaking scenery or indulging in local cuisine, everything is within easy reach. Based on my remarkable experience, I can confidently say that I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Interlaken. The combination of cosy rooms, spotless cleanliness, welcoming gestures, and exceptional staff truly makes it a standout choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Interlaken.

The only minor inconvenience I encountered was some morning noise due to guests heading for breakfast or checking out of the hotel, but it was not disruptive.

Christine was exceptional! Made my stay so much better, she was happy to help by giving me suggestions on what to do, where to eat, and how to travel! I felt very welcome from the get so. Definitely recommend!

I came back to this hotel a second time because I liked it so much the first time I stayed here. This is a very nice, comfortable hotel with good rooms, a very good breakfast and a great location very near the Interlaken West train station. But more than that, I really like the attitude of the owner, Christine, who goes out of her way to make sure that guests are comfortable and feel at home. This makes all the difference

The room was equipped with plush bedding, top-notch room service, Being situated in such a beautiful location allowed us to sink in the stunning surroundings and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
