location was ideal. rooms were as promised.

due to being off season - we waited in the rain for a while before being able to reach somebody to check us in. also the wifi wasn’t great.

The hotel has its own parking behind a locked gate. If you get a room on the first floor you can see the sea

The location has very poor 4g coverage, and the WiFi of the hotel is basically zero. You need to get out of the hotel if you want to either access internet or simply make a phone call.

Good location and good value.

There was a strong smell of stale cigarettes in the reception and the pool, while clean and inviting, was divided so that you couldn’t swim laps.

The location is perfect, just a minute walk to the beach. The restaurant is good, serving delicious pizzas, pasta and seafood. Coffee machine during breakfast is extremely good. Pool extremely well kept, with water being tested every hour

Breakfast with limited savoury choice, only foccacia and bread without any ham or cheese. Pillows very uncomfortable... practically flat! Had a leaking Air-conditioner which the manager himself tried to fix instead of bringing a professional technician! The fact that you can't swim in the pool without a cap is a little annoying!

Extraordinary position, right in front of the beach, with a nice big pool in the property and a restaurant/pizzeria. Perfect with kids and family.

The location despite we were given an appartment facing the road instead of the sea during out of season

It was a poor breakfast with bread and corneto mainly. The noise the cleaner were doing since 7am...when you are on holidays and travelling you need a good rest and it is not pleasant to be awake so early by moving furniture as crazy. Check out at 10h, well since 9 we went for breakfast cleaner were pushing us to empty the room, dont they think the teeth must be brushed afterwards? Many other possibilities around for the same price...

Perfect location directly at the beach. Individual check in earlier was possible after prior communication. Secure parking on the premises with code locked gate.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were pleasant and most helpful.

We liked the location of the appartment - it has a beautiful view on the beach and also on the pool which is magical especially at night. Breakfast included croissants, focaccia, jam, honey and nutella, an orange juice and a coffee machine.

The receptionist who gave us the keys was not so talkative and had difficulties with English, but we managed to understand ourselves without major problems.

A great place for anyone who wants to spend time at the beach. Great place for anyone - like us - who values privacy and doesn't want to socialize too much - or be forced to. Good place to visit the Turkish Steps - by walking - or the Valley of the Temples - by car.

Not too many good restaurants nearby - but the one near Turkish Steps - obligatory!

On the pool ware people from the street, not only from the accomodation.
