noisy, as the railway is passing nearby. Cannes downtown is a 30 minutes walk (still alongside the beach), but public transportation is good and cheap

- The garden and the swimming pool are amazing. It's so relaxing and peaceful. It's very well kept and always clean. - The view was very nice on the seaside and on the garden, and the balcony was quite large. - The location was quite good, there is a bus stop right beside the residence and it's also possible to walk to the center. - The hosts are really nice and discreet. - The beach is just 5min away by foot. - There is the possibility to do laundry. - There is a gas station selling basic food and items right across the street. - There is a train station very close, which can be reached by foot very easily, to go explore other cities.

- Having AC rather than a fan would have improved the experience as it was extremely hot during our stay. - The wifi requires to log in again every day. - The overall look and decoration of the apartment we stayed in could use a more modern touch.

This facility include a awsome teopical garden made by the property, the place is good for kids sice they also have a nice and clean pool and they also provide kid toys for the beach. is there also a nice terrace with sea view where you can take sun while the garden offer some shadow. From the facility you can reach the center of cannes by walking 80% on a nice boardwalk and the remaing 20% on a narrow boradwalk that municipality should improve considering the value of the location. The beach is just 100 meters from the facity. By car you can easilly reach antibes and other main location in the area.

Excellent environment, nice pool, beach very close to the apartment. Staff is very nice and welcoming.

The hotel doesn't offer a free service for cleaning and changing towels and bedding. For 2 or 3 days it's ok but if you decide to stay a week or longer, this should be taken into account.
