Very soft mattress, not much to do between 5 to 7pm, besides use the wellness or stay at the bar.

Great location, very nice room, amazing view, good food, good beer, very good staff.

You don’t want to miss the last gondola at 16:30, it’s a long walk!

menu choices in the evening limited. no where to get snacks/food outside of Maine meal times. nothing going on in the evening.

The location of the hotel is second to none. Fab 360 views of the alps. Easy ski in ski out facility. Loved the recommended morning ride before breakfast.

The rooms lacked a few essentials such as a tea maker and a small fridge. The ski room for storage was a little small, compared to other hotels we have stayed at.

The hotel is absolutely amazing! Ski in-Ski out option was one of the best parts of our holiday! I d definitely advice to all my friends to visit this hotel) And for sure, I d like to come back there again to have one more great rest!

Fantastic rooms, fun after skiing, Great food and stunning views.

You have to work a bit with them for serving Kids menu, but they are service minded and will adapt.

Food was exceptional. Full spread of options available for breakfast - continental, bacon, eggs (prepared however you like), omelette station, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, coffee, tea, herbal tea - you name it. Dinner was even better. 5 courses every single night - 6 on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. All beautifully presented. The hotel itself was stunning. The rooms are a fusion of traditional wood in a very modern style. Exclusive bar area just for hotel guests. Bar staff were also fantastic. Very welcoming and attentive.

Honestly, nothing. I'd go back tomorrow if I didn't have to return to work in the new year :)

Breakfast is very good. You can't beat the mountaintop location where you go down before you go up. No crowded lines at the bottom. Staff was nice and responsive.

It would be nice if the tram ran later than 1630. If you hit a traffic jam on the way, you might have some trouble. Give yourself time to get there.

Perfect location for ski lovers.

There is no ski rental shop at the hotel. If you need to rent ski equipments , you have to go down town by cable car. It takes about 7 minute for one way.
