The apartment is small but cozy, and has a great terrace. Ioannis is an amazing host, he took care of us at all times and even gifted us some of the amazing figs and grapes he grows in the property. Location is good, off the main road and walking distance to the 'action'.

The hosts Ioannis and Anastasia are super friendly and welcoming. Ioannis picked us up at the port and also dropped off our luggage there on the day of our departure. I figure not everyone is as lucky as we were but as a welcome gift we got home made olive oil, oregano, sweet wine and grappa which were all very delicious! The place itself is cute and offers everything you need to feel like at home. The apartment was cleaned spotless everyday, toiletries have been refilled all the time. Laundry detergent was available for free. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

A truly exceptional flat located just a few minutes from the centre of Paroikia. The house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy the tranquillity of the island. Ioannis offered us his delicious wine and schnapps and is a very kind and helpful host.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left. The apartment was very nice and spacious + the terrasse was absolutely amazing. Ioannis was very accommodating and even gave us helpful information to visit the island. The place is cleaned everyday + we even got a complimentary bowl of figs and grapes from his yard. Also, you have both the advantage of being close to the center of Parikia (8 min walk) and being outside of the busy streets. highly recommend staying here!

Ioannis was a great host, giving us a free transfer to and from the port, and homemade olive oil and sweet wine on arrival. The apartment was very comfortable and tidy and cleaned daily. Walking distance from the town centre in Parikia which was very handy for getting around.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean, and the staff cleaned it every day, changing the towel every three days. The apartment position was very good to travel all around the island, and to reach Parikia's port/center in a few minutes on foot. Ioannis is a very kind host, he gave us a lot of informations about Paros and he suggested the best beaches to visit and the best greek restaurant to eat.

What an amazing Stay! The apartment was beautiful with everything we need for our holiday. It was super clean and very close to the center and the port of Paros. Ioannis was a perfect Host, he helps and suggests us how to spend unforgettable and amazing days in Paros. He also gives us a very good local wine and oil. If I came back to Paros I will choose this apartment again !!

very comfortable, clean and well located. the owner of the property was super kind and responsive. lovely barbecue area and little terrace. kitchen is well furnished. location is great, but you still need a car or a scooter to arrive at the property.

if you are planning a long stay, maybe the living are is slightly on the small side!

This place is absolutely outstanding. The apartment is big, extremely well equipped with Nespresso machine and gifts upon arrival, super clean (cleaning is done every day), calm and beautiful environment. You feel like home. The host Ioannis and his daughter are the kindest, they dropped us at the port at 7am and were always available to help and advice. Thank you so so so much !

The place is perfect to use as a base to visit the beautiful island of Paros. It's 10 minutes walk of Parikia and has parking place in case you decide to rent a car. The apartment is clean, quiet and full equipped. The host is fantastic, he's been there for everything you need. If you are planning a visit to Paros this is your place!
