We had the lake side balcony and I have to say that the view was magnificent. I have never stayed in a gasthof with such idyllic view and location.

Parking and check in was a bit confusing.

The place goes over and beyond in terms of experience, views and service. The staff is super friendly and well-spoken in english so communication is not something to worry about. The suites are prepared very well and clean for all guests with comfortable bedding and atmosphere. The food available at their restaurant is inexpensive and tasty. The best part is the view of the gorgeous lake right in front of the accomodation. Has a great path for a walk around the lake as well.

We recommend that you don't pack really heavy as there are no elevators to take up to the upper level rooms. Highest level is the third floor so its not too bad.

Beautiful location. They even let us keep our parking spot after we checked out so we could hike!

The location was breath taking, staff were friendly and breakfast and other meals were great.

Superb location directly at the lake. Amazing view on Dachstein mountain. Nice balcony and great view from the lakeside view.

This beautiful place is magical! The staff is wonderful and welcoming, the rooms are delightful and lovely , the food is incredible! We especially love the views of the lake and mountains !this is one of the best places in Europe.

This is a great gasthof. Restaurant food is wonderful. It pays very, very, very much to pay for a room with lake and mountain view. Awesome hike around Gosausee. It's so fascinating to see the Dachstein glacier at different lights during the day. 7euro laundry is so very, very, very helpful for long trips.
