Property was well kept. Location was good for the golf courses we wanted to play. Third time renting on Goodyear, would recommend this property.

A great vacation rental with a fabulous backyard! We spent most of our time in the pool! Rooms were large with plenty of seating everywhere. Quiet and, safe neighborhood perfect for a family vacation. Super clean! You won’t be disappointed in your stay.

Great property and as described. Lots of doves in the neighborhood. Lots of wing flapping and cooing in the morning.

This house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was amazing (which was the main reason we booked this house since my son was running a marathon while we were there). Loved the walking path near by. We used it every day. The gas fire pit was convenient and made it easy to use. Loved being able to park in the garage. Separate thermostats for upstairs and downstairs made sleeping comfortable. Grocery store is very close. The only thing we didn’t like so much was that it was farther away from the metro than we realized. The upstairs doors could use a little WD40. 😁. The squeezing woke people up. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is very spacious and just as advertised. The location is great and we couldn't get enough of the pool. With all the streaming options and games, there was more than enough entertainment. Check-in and check-out were easy. The manager was responsive, as well. recommend this to family and friends just wanting their own oasis. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed at this property with one other family. It was a perfect amount of space for the 4 adults and 4 kids. We loved the backyard setup and used it nightly. The house was clean and had all the main accommodations to make our stay comfortable. The only downfall (which was barely a “downfall”) was the lack of towels. We had to wash them a few times because we didn’t have a lot and were in need for both showers and pool.

The kitchen light didnt work. Some of the dishes were put away with food still on them. There was a birds nest on the back of a tv that is on the back patio with bird poop all on the ground. I had to go and tidy up the backyard area myself. Master bathroom smelled like urine. Kind of strange when you're being charged a cleaning fee... On our second day, someone came and rung the doorbell and asked if they could rent one of the parking spaces in the driveway. This was suppose to be a relaxing family getaway, but we just didn't get what we expected as far as cleanliness and peace. This house has great potential! Would I stay here again? No.

Lovely, simple but beautiful house. Would of been 100% perfect if child locks were available for outside doors. But amazing besides that.

Nice house, nice pool everything as advertised. Small prob with BarBQ but was taken care of right away by prop mgr. Shame all but 2 of us had to leave because of virus. Would definitely rent again.

This is a very nice property had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. It is clean and well kept in a very nice quiet neighborhood close to golf course and bike trails

Overall our stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful, location was great for us (very close to the racetrack and far from the hustle of Phoenix), and the backyard is the perfect place for everyone to relax! Very minor issues for us were no wash clothes in the home; we contacted Deb and she brought some to us within the day-very responsive! The home could use some extra deep cleaning (baseboards, drawers, behind beds, etc.) but the main areas of the home were clean. We will definitely be return g to this home for future stays in Phoenix!

We had a difficult time trying to enter the property but once we got in it was a beautiful house just like the online picture. My only issue was we were unable to use the hot tub because it was dirty and this was one of the reasons we chose this property. The pool guy did not come to clean it until the day we were leaving. All in all the owner did allow us to stay an extra day at our last minute request. So overall my families stay was good one.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house is furnished and decorated very nicely and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you might possibly need. We enjoyed the pool and sitting around the outdoor fire pit in the evening was lovely. We did like being within a short walk to the lake and playground. Unfortunately, there were a few things that would prevent us from wanting to stay here again. The hot tub water was very cloudy and it wasn't until our 3rd day that it was serviced. Disappointing to not be able to use it for half of our stay. The house was also not very clean. The kitchen cupboards need to be wiped out, the master bath shower floor was covered in dark soap scum which I cleaned myself. The tile floors need a deep clean as our barefeet were black from walking inside. Bath towels are very worn and need to be replaced. Just a few maintenance things to take care of and then this place would be much nicer.

My family and I enjoyed this house TREMENDOUSLY! Communication with the property manager was great! She was kind and accommodating, which established an initial level of comfort prior to travel. Great guest service makes a HUGE difference when traveling across country! The space is beautiful, updated and clean! There was adequate space for everyone to enjoy each other in common spaces or a quiet moment to ourselves. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and extra linen, pillows, paper products were abundant! My family and I agree that we should’ve extended our stay to really enjoy this amazing space! The only con I have is that shopping and gas are not too conveniently located. My advice would be to get everything you’ll need in one trip!

The home is beautiful and was big enough for our BIG family! Pool was amazing but could have been colder. But it's summer time in AZ, pretty hard to keep the pool ice cold! The propane tanks were low and we had to get them refilled, even the extra tank in the garage was empty. We experienced a monsoon while staying at the house. Palo Verde tree's down in the front yard and roof tiles fell off as well. Pretty strong storm that came through but we all survived. This was one of our BEST family vacations so far! We will definitely use Evolve Vacations again. Oh know that this is pretty far from the Metro Phoenix area. We found ourselves 20-30minutes from any stores (walmart/target/ross etc.). Again Beautiful home just a drive from everything!

House is amazing and is as great as it appears. This was our second year staying here from the East, and enjoying an annual family visit. We had a few issues that were mostly addressed after several phone calls to both Debbie and Evolve. Pool guy came promptly to fix the heater. Maintenance guy stated that “the owner is aware of the problems but doesn’t pay me to fix them, so I won’t.” He said this at least three times while looking at each problem. Those problems being two outlets not working ( including the one outside for the TV), noisy ceiling fan in one bedroom, loose toilet tank, grill grease-pan with inches of char and grease. Small issues, but when you factor in time spent trying to fix them ourselves before making 2-3 phone calls and finally having someone show up and say the above.....pretty frustrating. He told me to clean the grill and go look in the upstairs closet for an extension cord. When I returned to report that there was no extension cord upstairs and no way I was ruining my nails digging out the grill, he ultimately assisted in scooping out the grill and loaned us two extension cords to operate the outdoor TV. He also instructed me to bypass the inside faulty outlet and use a different one. (Why not fix or label these as broken, so renters don’t waste time changing out lightbulbs, remote control batteries, dealing with this guy...?) Estrella Mountain is a nice, middle-class, planned community with great walking areas around the community lakes. At the entrance is a large community center with zero-entry pool and large water slides. You pass it every time you enter or exit. Don’t try to use it. It is not accessible to renters and you may very well be accosted and possibly cussed out by permanent residents of Estrella who don’t take too kindly to mere “VRBO’ers” trying to play with their toys. It happened. Yes, I realize now it is NOT part of the advertised amenities. But, alas, the house is AMAZING and well worth the price! Last year I left a detailed review of its great features (4/2017). I have family in Verrado, so it is a good location for us to gather. Hot tub, pool, fire pit, TV’s, open kitchen and 4 separate bedrooms make it an excellent gathering spot for all ages. Please see last year’s review: “Perfect as pictured.” Overall an excellent VRBO home with all the amenities you need and very tastefully done.

We were in Goodyear to attend Spring Training games and this house was perfect for us. We especially loved the clean heated pool and hot tub! We used them as often as we were able. The house was just the right size and we loved the decor!

My wife and I stayed at VRBO #4446631 in Goodyear, AZ for four nights from Feb 15-19, 2018. Four family members joined us at the home. The size and layout of the house accommodated the family size, providing ample room for us to be together and space for privacy as well. The community is nice and there are walking trails nearby along the lake. However, there were a number of serious concerns re: the house that would keep us from renting it again. We hope this feedback will be of value to people planning to stay at the home, and help the owners improve the rental for future guests. 1. Our total bill included an additional fee of $200 for heating the pool, or $50/night. When we reserved the house, we did not notice that this fee was included in the rental agreement and we paid it upfront. We notified the contact person listed in our check-in package two days prior to our arrival, that we would not be using the pool, and expected to have the $200 deducted from the total cost of the rental. We were surprised when the company managing the property told us that since we had already paid in advance the full price for the rental including the pool heating, that even though we had notified them prior to arrival that we did not want the pool heated and would not use it, they would not refund the money “per their policy”. Further, they contacted the owners who also declined to provide the refund. We travel extensively and rent through VRBO frequently – and although we have rented homes w/heating fees for pools in the past, we have NEVER had to pay for heating if we informed the owners prior to our stay that we would not be using the service. We own a vacation rental home, and always try and accommodate guests appropriately. 2. The upstairs guest bathroom - the tub, when used as a shower, is dangerous. The sides of the tub are sloped providing a narrow flat space to stand in, and – more importantly - the bottom of the tub is very slippery when wet. Several of our family members felt so unsafe in the tub that they would not use it and we all shared the walk-in shower off the MBR instead. 3. The bedframes in all of the bedrooms are larger than the mattress and box spring sets, presenting a fall hazard. Unfortunately, one of our family members – who got up during the night –stepped into the frame and tripped. She experienced a bad fall striking her head, arm and back, and was severely bruised the next day. Other issues but out of space.

The property was very nice and in a most convenient location. The property manager was very accomidating . While there we attended Cleveland Indians games at Goodyear Stadium which was only a 10 minute drive. The grocery store was only 5 minutes from us. We also drove to NASCAR Stadium which was very close too. We really enjoyed our pool and hot tub, also being able to walk around the lakes. The area is just beautiful!

This house was perfect for our girls Spring Training getaway. It had all the amenities we needed.

This home was perfect for my family of eight. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The home was roomy and in a nice location. A few concerning things. We had a question about the pool lights and left a message for the owner and never received a call back. One of the mornings we saw several men walking around in the back. They were cleaning the pool but we never had notification they were coming and they shut the pool heater off when we paid to have it on. It would have been nice to know they were coming. And another morning someone opened the garage door and must have seen we were there and shut it again. Very uneasy feeling knowing someone was gonna come in. We didn't feel comfortable knowing people could come and go with us there.

We booked this place for a guys golf trip early November 2017. Everything went smoothly upon arrival and was about an hour away from the airport. The football and hockey stadiums are about 20 minutes away and there are plenty of good golf courses within 30 minutes. There is a Safeway and Walgreens about 5 minutes away which is handy. The home was clean and well kept but certainly was lacking in some areas such as: - Only 1 roll of paper towel was left in the house. - We had to purchase our own cooking oil and common spices that in my opinion should be included for the price you pay for the rental. - The toilet paper is close to the cheapest there is. - The patio light did not work nor did a plug-in on the other side of the wall which led to believe a breaker was out but there was no access to the panel to quickly fix the problem ourselves and couldn't have been bothered to get someone in. It showed that a proper walk through when preparing the house was not done as there was also a couple light bulbs burnt out throughout the house. - There is only one frying pan which everything stuck to even with a generous amount of oil. - There was no dishwasher detergent left in the house. It sounds like a lot but it was really just little things that will hopefully be adjusted for future renters. We still enjoyed our stay and want to thank the owners for the opportunity.

First time renting a house and I must say this experience was amazing! I was hesistant at first thinking that maybe they house would not look like what I saw in the pictures but I was in awwww once we arrived!! It was just as what I had seen in the pics. We all had a great time !!. Looking forward to renting this property next time we need to stay in the area.
