Della struttura salvo solo lo staff dell'animazione che con i pochi mezzi a disposizione hanno saputo far divertire sia i piccoli che gli adulti.

Ho prenotato una casa mobile visionando su booking delle foto di case mobili di un certo tipo. Arrivato in struttura abbiamo soggiornato in una casa mobile fatiscente non pubblicizzata nelle foto pubblicate su booking. Le foto in allegato rendo più di 1000 commenti anche se non è stato possibile fotografare la colonia di zanzare che soggiornava già nella casetta. Abbiamo chiesto di parlare un un responsabile del campeggio che non si è resa disponibile nonostante fosse presente in struttura ed abbiamo fatto presente che la casetta era sporchissima. Il giorno seguente abbiamo avuto un nuovo alloggio, sempre della stessa categoria ( FATISCENTE) ma almeno più pulito, perché a detta dell'operatore la nostra prenotazione prevedeva quel tipo di struttura che ribadisco al momento della prenotazione non era presente su booking. Nota di demerito anche a booking che a mio avviso dovrebbe verificare le proposte dei vari operatori. La prenotazione al Camping la Foce è stata semplicemente un frode in commercio.

L'accoglienza dei dipendenti: in particolare i ragazzi della reception, il bagnino e gli addetti alle pulizie. Inoltre l'area della piscina è molto carina, come anche l'area giochi per bambini.

Ho soggiornato per due notti in un bungalow: tremendo! È piccolo, poco accogliente ma soprattutto sporchissimo e il mobilio è datato. La cucina era inutilizzabile. Appena arrivati io e mio marito abbiamo dovuto pulire tutto, e nonostante ciò, era comunque sporco. Il pavimento era completamente macchiato, come anche il lavandino del bagno. Inoltre, nella doccia non era presente un box o un piatto ed era collocata vicina al water. Il letto matrimoniale era composto da due lettini affiancati. Pessimo! Per fortuna ci siamo rimasti poco. Le case mobili sembrano più carine, ma non avendole viste internamente, non posso esprimermi.

Best from all camping site is restaurant, very tasty food.

don’t get overwhelmed by pictures, swimming pool is old they told you to wear swim cup, and bungalows looks like from middle 80’s nobody took care about them.

Probably the most heartless campsite I’ve ever been in touch with. We couldn‘t spent our holiday there as a severe flooding happened where we live an we had to hurry home and safe what we could. They told us about the strict cancellation policy and then just stopped replying. They didn’t even reply to Booking.com

Staff was friendly and they spoke in English, French, Spanish, German and Italian. The boat captain was so friendly with the kids. We had also a technical problem with our car and the camping manager called to the garage and ask if they can fix the car second day .We had to pay a verry small amount of money for the repair and we are very thankful to him and to the guys from Opel garage Valledoria. Hot water with good pressure, airco all the time, very clean camping. Sardinia was magnificent!!!
