great location and very functional

The apartment was very clean, generally comfortable with good facilities and a very pleasant view.

Unfortunately, I found the bed too hard and so didn't sleep brilliantly. There was also a constant noise every few minutes that sounded like water pipes vibrating which was quite irritating (Apartment 7A).

The apartment was modern and very comfortable, perfectly equipped with cooking facilities and everything. The location is excellent also for the summer time: mountain walking trails start right at the door. Both the northern slope (in Austria) and the southern slope (in Italy) are available.

One must pay a road toll for crossing the Timmelsjoch pass from/to Italy with a car. If you plan to make several trips to Italy, it is cheaper to buy a seasonal ticket at the toll booth (80 Euro). One-way toll is 17 Euro, one return trip is 24.

Nice big studio room with good shower & minimal cooking facilities. Easy walk to restaurants & shop. They made every effort to reach me to say that the valley road was closed.

No indication of where to pick up the keys, had to be rescued by another guest. Maybe because the valley road was closed, they were not accommodating about breakfast brotchen but the Spar is an easy walk. I guess it was built for the ski season but would have been so much better with balcony or outdoor seating area on the valley side. There was a small shared area on the other side of the car park.
