At check-in they couldn’t find my reservation. I showed them my booking.com confirmation and they still couldn’t find it. So they put us into a tiny closet room without A/C (room #31). And then wanted to charge more than what my confirmation showed. They finally gave me the room price that I had confirmed through booking.com, but they seemed unhappy with me about it. They refused to give us the free breakfast that everyone else seemed to get. Not a good experience.

did not try the breakfast. our room was very small , the bed was small. staff very helpful . good location.

we had a room adjacent to a courtyard which was great in theory. but people congregated outside our window and talked and socialized so we could not sleep. the sound travelled too well and we had to close our window to try and create some quiet, to no avail.
