The Swimming pool and the area around it was very nice. The host was very friendly and the breakfast we had was nice.

Although the room was decorated nicely there was too many personal items in there that limited shelf space etc. The bathroom was newly fitted but there was no hot water in the bathroom at all. We had to have a cold wash and shower. after the first night we noticed the patio doors could not be locked and so there was no security to our room. There was a smell in the gardens and we were told that it was the waste water being disposed of and the next door neighbour was complaining. There was a fridge a kettle two cups one spoon and one small plate. So other than make a drink we couldn't make anything hot to eat or even have any breakfast as no cutlery or plates, bowls etc. We had no choice but to have their breakfast or travel 1/2 hour away to the nearest cafe etc. You couldn't walk to this as the roads were too dangerous. You needed a vehicle to get to there and travel to anything. It was just up a mountain with other villas around it. Other rooms had better facilities but not ours. The host said that they normally rent the whole villa out so you would have access to the main kitchen that would help the situation.

The owner was a really nice woman who helped us all the time and was always comforting and 24/7 available. The apartment was clean and the outside area was the best.

You need a car to get around

Lovely host Brenda, helpful smiley welcoming kind. Beautiful views, gardens, pool terrace. Everything easy. Travel to Altea, Javea Benidorm all not far. Perfect . Very comfy large bed and beautiful planting

Breakfast was enjoyable. And served in our room on a less pleasant day. Offered drinks and snacks at anytime. Restaurant bookings offered to be made. Super views from terrace, and an inviting pool. A nice quiet villa. Guido and Petra made us both welcome.
