I liked pools and location

there were uncomfortable beds: toooo soft.

Clean, comfortable, large room with large hut tub

“Noisy” bed sheets, key-cards are very old, need to be replaced. There is a musician in the restaurant during breakfast it’s too loud. The space is small and the instrument is loud, so you cannot avoid it and it’s not the first thing you want to hear in the morning

Polite and attentive personnel, luxurious spa facilities, perfect pool. Restaurant offers fine dishes and good service. Everything went well beyond my expectations. I'd recommend this hotel & spa for anyone who is looking for a nice resort in Kharkiv.

Aside from somewhat tricky parking (the hotel is in the park zone), there is nothing to complain. And even the parking is not a problem really. Just a minor observation, not the complaint. Great place to stay.

The pool was great, the SPA was great, the room was always very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The standard room was a bit too small for the money paid, as well as safe did not work as well as the water occasionally was orange colour ( filter required ). Every day there was a supply of water in bottles, but due to the colour of water in the tap, I would suggest to bring 1 L bottles instead. The shower room was also quite small and no supply of hair conditioner included, while the hair after each visit to the pool and spa was so hard to brush. Overall very satisfied with Pool, sauna , cleanliness of the room and very friendly staff, but there few things that can be improved and mentioned above.

Nice, modern hotel with spa and dolfinarium. Very quite located in the park. You can go to the spa as much as you want. Also breakfast, with live music, is good and beautiful views over the city.

I understand that the maintenance of the complex is expensive, and therefor the price of the room is quite high. For me, a bit too high, considering everything and the currency rate of the UAH.
