I’ve booked this room because I saw that the room included a nice bathtub. As I came to the room and inspected the bathroom, the bathtub was full of hair, the bathroom in general unclean, there was mold on the sides, the fan has a strong smell of cigarettes. Then I noticed that the carpet in the room has stains of unknown origin everywhere. Almost every single thing in the room has some damage, doors had holes, baseboards missing or unscrewed, paint all over things it should not be, trash bin broken, tv signal very poor. As mentioned before cleanliness is the major issue, bathroom dirty in general, carpet is dirty, sofa is dirty, minibar has mold and is generally unclean, windows are extremely dirty. The carpet on the hotel stairway is literally full of dirt. Door is opened by a passcode and has no lock. Anyone from the staff could possibly come in at anytime. There were people walking in the hotel until 2am, doors opening and closing, talking loudly just under the windows. There is no staff ever present in the reception, it just does not exist. Breakfast was ok, but if the kitchen has the same cleaning standards as the rooms, I regret eating there. And lastly the greatest part is that if you go to google reviews, you can find reviews with evidence how the hotel is literally offering money - that is buying positive reviews from random people. They pay around 10Lei for people who didn’t even visit the hotel. I might suspect the booking rating is somehow also inflated. I am not even sure how this property is allowed on this platform. Last thing that shocked me - the water that is “complimentary” in the room was already opened before (and probably refilled with tap water? I surely didn’t taste it after noticing that).

helpfull and kind stuff; fab a la card brekfast and nice service, choice from 4 menues; will all of it...great coffee with top up, yogurt, juice, all of it! ; nice bed and beding; good shower and plenty od accessories; modern and clean; great lebanese restaurant within the hotel; parking avaliable; next to the main road out of the cty yet close to the downtown 1.5km; quite rooms on the other side of the main road;

could not get in the room with a wrong passcoe, helped quickly thugh; slow lift service; noissy front of the hotel due to a traffic; if in a quite room you wake up to a view from the room directly on the graveyard. there is a mini bar fridg but completely empty; a fancy coffee machine in theroom could not work property.

Good value for money, great breakfast, nice and warm room and available parking. A good stay, will probably come back in the future.

Shower doors had a leek and there were power outlets near the bed, only on the other side of the room, near the TV.

First of all, one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed in, misinformation from photos (jacuzzi type) not working, shower running left and right, hand soap never had in the days of our stay... my children on the sofa remote controls with a battery inside and the most amazing of all was the cleanliness...I was finding leftovers under the sofa also and bed...Also the music from Marhaba restaurant at night is too loud sound...This restaurant is in the same place...on lobby of the general door the restaurant to take a breakfast...Every day you have 4 choice with the same thing inside simple is variation...You won't believe it but after complaining and mine as well as elsewhere an upstairs room nothing changed.... incredible indifference on the part of the reception.... indifferent young guys with no experience and good knowledge of English they just listen to you make notes and so far I think that 80-100 Euro per night that I paid for a city boutique hotel is simply unacceptable... If it wasn't big days Christmas i would have continued otherwise i only stay that it was New Year's week. I don't recommend it to anyone.

The room was pretty nice with a great view. With regards to cleanliness, it was quite alright.

staff were friendly and bed was comfortable. Only really used it to sleep. stayed in the one bedroom apartment, was nice and spacious.

rooms could have been cleaner and cleaned the every day with towels and toilet paper changed.
