Very awesome, staff are friendly, helpful and always cheerful, facilities everywhere, everything is clean, vibes are great and peaceful, really they are The Hotel.

VERY GOOD LOCATION FOR BUSINESS IN CAIRO. SAFE AREA.

Location wise is good

Booked a pool view room, had to change 3 rooms at 4 am after arrival due to assigned one wasnt pool view since they build an outdoor area covering the pool view and reception didnt know, second room was much smaller than the one i booked and entered first, third room was horrible location with again no pool view, sent items to laundry it was torn and was refunded 14 usd for an item which costed me over a 100 usd

Some noise at wedding days, people walking and talking loudly on hallways , plus the most important thing is bed seems very old and uncomfortable.
