really nice rooms and pool area Lena absolutely lovely and take good care of guests

room cleaned on first and last day during 8 days no toilet paper left in room and none left in during cleaning pool not open til 9am which was shame as like an early morning swim on holiday the owner, the father I think does not like children at the place. he is strict and people were often being complained at, children told to get off pool table etc without doing anything wrong from that i could should prob make it an adults only

One of the most welcoming and friendly host/staff I have ever seen! During our 7 night stay at Ippoliti village there were no problems and the staff was always asking if everything is okay. What is more, I forgot my watch at our room when we checked-out and the staff went out of their way to help me and send it back to me.

Good pool with enough sunbeds for guests. The size of the room and the balcony were fine.

Reception isn't staffed with no sign notifying new arrivals of where to find staff (in the supermarket next door). The room was advertised as having air conditioning, but the staff insisted on a 9 Euro charge for this (there was also a charge for the safety deposit box). There was no fan and the room was very hot without air conditioning and you couldn't leave doors open as there were a lot of mosquitoes and no screens. We had to request toilet paper as there was only a small amount provided. The staff were very unfriendly and argumentative. Our sea view room actually looked directly onto a brick wall of another room. The pool and sea were visible to the side of this wall.

Friendly holiday resort in a nice village. Nice location. Good atmosphere.

   Elane was indeed very welcome and nice (maybe sometimes even too much :) )     Pool - pretty large if compared to pools in neighbouring hotels    As only few people were sunbathing, pool was totally empty at the most of the time    Sun lounges - there are 36 in total, while occupied was no more than 12 in busiest time during all our stay.     Room cleaning services was every day and cannot say anything negative about it.     Noise isolation is quite good as after closing windows during evening / night no sounds from outside were breaking into the apartment.     Hotel had private parking for roughly 6 cars. If you will have car and will get pretty early back - should be no problems with parking it there.     We took room with sea view. View was indeed very nice. 

  Spent like 30 minutes at the reception (it was open and empty) for waiting anyone. There was a contact phone written on the door - which was not reachable. So we were luckly saved by German couple who jumped by for flyers and maps and directed us to the shop next door where receptionist was working as cashier in grocery shop.     Be AWARE. Air conditioning is available but it is paid separately 9 euros per day. That was a surprise for me.     Water was missing one night till the morning. - Had to come to shop/receptionist (where receptionists were working as cashiers) to ask to fix it. The guy had a long list with apartments with no water.    Except Elane, we have met another guy (I assume her husband) - who barely speaks English, so most of the questions to solve I was waiting for Elane's shifts.     One night electricity went off. We were awake at 3am due increased temperature in the apartment and noticed that there is no electricity. In the morning approx 0830 am it got back on again    Another morning electricity again went off but this time, fuse in our apartment was overloaded - switched it on and everything went back online.     WiFi is definitely not available in the rooms. There were comments that it was available next to the pool, but I haven't managed to find it there either.     Room had no mop/broom/vacuum cleaner. Kids broke the glass, thanks good it was 30 minutes till checkout, as we had no chance to clean the mess in any way.     We have missed cattle for boiling water. Shower cabin was annoyingly small. If it had a normal door and not the plastic curtain, maybe it would work but now after the shower ton on water on the floor and discomfort taking shower
