Room is spacious and clean. There are also different choices of restaurants.
Golf course is beautifully designed. We enjoyed the experience very much. It really feels like a tranquil Italian valley town.
Will be great if the staff can communicate in English

I was exciting about this trip as I wanted my pregnant wife to be happy with the hotel. However, the room was not well prepared. TV and sound system were not ready to use and the room speakers were broken. They tried to send a staff to my room but that didn’t help much. Price was too high compared to what I got. I found that booking 2 weeks in advance like me costed more than booking one day before the stay. The air and pollution around there was really bad. Why do we need to pay 14,000 just to stay in the polluted area and the hotel that does not pay attention to customer experience?

Such a stunning and truly beautiful place.
The balcony area was not clean. They refused to provide us with any drinking water for the gym and only one small Sauna worked after waiting. There was no service around the main pool at any time so better to take your own drinks.

The service was fair but below expectations. The staff serve politely but not sweet, an unimpressive.

nothing I liked about this property don’t know why it’s part oh booking.com room is not clean at all bathroom was not watched maybe got few years water was not working it’s like when u have amazing vacation and suddenly everything damaged plus the bed was supposed to be king bed but was 2 separate bed connected together no one can sleep in middle
everything I didn’t like it even swimming pool was disappointed very bad smell and no towels at all.I booked for 2 nights but stayed only one and they rejected to refund my advice for future and hotel mentioned no refund don’t book at all.
it’s booking mistakes to such property in their list.

breakfast selection could be improved for such kind of hotel; there is a lack of choice.

Amazing mountain views and golf course plus the typical Toscana touch that is there too. Jog or walk very early 5K or by bike is wonderful.
The welcome was very cold, but to give them some credit, it may be because the staff’s English which is very basic. We were lucky to have Anud -hope I have his name right- he was always there for us and speaks English.
As a note, we expected English spoken staff based on the price -night more than US$300 including breakfast-
We needed to change our room and were forced to talk to the manager -who solved it immediately- he even invited us to have a dinner, we didn’t accepted because we had plans, but it was very kind from him. And of course he speaks English!
