The house had a nice layout. Lower level was great for the younger ones and the upper deck was nice for the eclipse viewing. Driveway was a little steep but can’t see that it would be a problem unless you had a boat.

Truly a beautiful home. With the most amazing veiws you have ever seen. Loved having a handy guide book for all of our needs from working the tv to finding a local grocery store. Thank you for having us and letting us experience a wonderful week in your home.

The most amazing view, our favorite part!! Comfortable space for all, variety of entertainment, comfortable beds, all the things you need for a convenient stay. Fast communication… pool wasn’t open when we went yet but enjoyed hot tub.

The house was clean and well stocked with essentials. Communication with the owner was top notch. Our group of eight agreed we would stay there again.

Our family had a fantastic time. The house was beautiful and just as described. There was even a Christmas tree in the upper family room. Hosts were prompt to reply to questions. What a perfect house for our family.

This home was absolutely beautiful! Pictures online did not do it justice! The views, the in-home accommodations, the cleanliness of the home, host communication, and the spacious rooms were just amazing. By far the best place we have stayed at when traveling! We will definitely be back!

Home was exactly as pictured. Ample bedrooms (2 went unused) and common space. The pool table, foosball, video game system, projection TV and arcade game were HUGE hits with the young ones (and young at heart!). We baked Christmas cookies and spent a relaxing weekend enjoying the time with each other. The beds are so comfy (and we are picky people when it comes to bed comfort). The views are spectacular and our oldest grandson has already decreed that we must return in the summer so we can use the pool. Communication was stellar and the accommodation for early check in was beyond our expectations.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway here. There were five of us adults and two small children and we all fell in love with this property. The views were stunning, the property was the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in, the beds were super comfortable, I could go on and on. We will definitely be back!

This house was PERFECT for our family Christmas getaway. Adult kids and grandkids joined us for a weekend of family fun and we cannot say enough about this amazing house! It offered everything possible for the grandkids and while being wonderfully cozy and comfortable for the adults. Two levels of non-stop fun, amazing lake views, beautiful outdoor spaces, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and every creature comfort you need to enjoy an amazing stay! Highly recommend! The descent into the property was frightening! Once there we did not want to leave! Luxurious property-better than any hotel we've ever stayed in!

Property was all as advertised and more! Very spacious and lots to do around and at the house. Well stocked and created a nice week stay for our large family visit. Will be sure to book again with you all.

What a great house! The views of Table Rock Lake were stunning. We were 6 adults and each had a comfy king bed with a lake view and our own bathroom. The house was immaculate and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The upper and lower decks were large with the great lake views. We were very close to everything Big Cedar Lodge had to offer…golf, dining, and boat rentals. Beth with Beth’s Breakaways LLC was very quick to answer any questions and problem solve some minor issues. Everything we needed to know about the house was emailed to us before arrival. Our friends said of all the places we’ve been, Beth was the best property manager. Just a great vacation!

Absolutely one of the nicest VRBO we have stayed in. We have traveled all over the US and staying in VRBO’s, that were not as nice as pictures showed. This one was above the pictures. From the deck on the back looking out at the lake was so calming and serene. House was amazing and had absolutely everything you would possibly need from 7 bedrooms to countless bathrooms, pool, hot tub, big beautiful dining table to play games. Oh and forgot how we saw deer every morning. Only wish this same house was all over the US. The owner Beth was a peach and so compassionate and caring. We are a group of 8 and we joke how most places we leave cleaner than when we arrived. Not here very lean and fresh smelling. Highly recommend this place and our group can be very picky. Much needed relaxing stay. Thank you Beth!

The views are unforgettable. The property had all the kitchen appliances, pots , pans , and utensils that we needed. The pool was perfect for the entire family. Plenty of options for entertainment. The beds we’re comfortable and clean. The pictures do not compare to the actual experience of this property. The owner responded quickly to any questions or concerns. FYI the hill to the property is very steep so be prepared. Also bigger TVs in the bedrooms would be nice. Otherwise our stay was perfect. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed peaceful views of Table Rock Lake, with rosy sunsets every night. Refreshing pool time with just enough poolside seating to encourage everyone to frolic in the bath temp water. Would be nice if mowers bagged the clippings as it would simplify retrieving pool toys without dragging clippings back into the pool. We found lots of spaces throughout the home for kids and adults to hide, relax, or associate. We’ve seen larger kitchen layouts but the compactness of this one was OK. Billiards table was fun - needed a short cue for many shots… and it took a day for us to realize we could unscrew each cue! The trek up the driveway to discard bagged garbage certainly works better with a pickup than by hand. Nice King size beds almost everywhere. A/C was quite cool (except for the two bedrooms on the lower level near the billiards area). A few more small saucers and fruit cup bowls would make feeding large groups a bit easier. Lift station in lower level sometimes beeped an alarm even with only liquid flushes. Unsure why. Tried propane grill near the end of the week but couldn’t control the drippings from burning. Needs drip pans? Remotes on lower level need new batteries. We were unable to get the retro video game to work. Didn’t find mother lode of batteries above the fridge until later in the week. Plenty of hot water. Showers were immediate. Nice. Spacious Master Suite was perfect for one family with two children (2yrs and 6 mos).

Very private and very nice property. Loved lake views, pool, hot tub and close to Top of the Rock. Had a great vacation with family.

The property was only about 15 minutes from Downtown Branson. An easy drive to any activities but out enough for privacy. We had a few blips but Beth was very responsive and did everything she could to rectify the situation. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It is close to Longcreek Marina for lake activities. Also, the Lakefront view and sunsets were breath taking. It was a great time to go over Independence Day! To see all the fireworks and love shown for our country, was truly inspiring. We also loved the privacy this property provided for our family retreat. A special thank you, to our hostess Beth.

The house is actually better than the pictures show. It ticked all the boxes for cleanliness, provisioning, etc. As the person that is usually responsible for explaining A/V systems and calling when something is broken, it was a joy for me personally. When I did communicate with Beth, she was very sweet and had a replacement dryer brought in within a few hours. I highly recommend this house! You won’t be disappointed.

The views from the main living area and the master bedroom were just out of the world. Loved the view of the sunsets and the deck was a wonderful location for a birthday celebration. Convenient access to all local attractions and close to everything. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. All you could wish for to make a short visit with friends and family very memorable. P.S: I seemed to have lost an iPhone when we were visiting the area. Although I searched the entire home, please let us know if you find it.

We were there for a wedding and this house is perfectly located for the Infinity Chapel venue. We enjoyed the view and spaciousness of the house. The host was pleasant and responsive. The only suggestion is it would be nice to have a garage door opener.

I booked this house for a family girls trip to celebrate my sisters 40th birthday. This house exceeded all expectations. I don’t think the pictures quite did it justice. The view, and particularly the sunset view, was breathtaking. This house provided everything we needed and more. Even when we had one small question upon arrival, Beth answered her phone immediately and had our question answered and solved in minutes. We’ve already discussed coming back again!

We really enjoyed staying here! We had beautiful views! Lots of games and entertainment for everyone! Checkin was easy!! Would love to come back during summer to enjoy the outdoors more!

My family has been going to Branson for years as a “kick off” to the holiday season. We have never stayed in the same house and being together was amazing!
