apartment was big and in the downtown , bed was comfy

there is no info about 1k uah deposit and big requirements to have it back. all stay we were worried about not getting back our depo. late night evening we saw dangerous looking guys on corridor. we wasn’t feeling safety at all there

Large comfy bed

First room had a horrible thin mattress and no curtains. (Stove also didn't have lighter) informed owner who said "you can pick a new room in a couple days", New room fantastic, thick comfy mattress, only downside is tram noise rumbling past and pigeons "making love" on the window sill, however it's still great value for money. Would recommend fitted, elastic mattress cover for the bed however as sheet is constantly coming off. Still would highly recommend due to landlords hospitality in changing rooms and price point. If you pay this little, expect issues I always say! PLEASE GET A COMMUNAL WASHING MACHINE OR IN THE APARTMENTS THOUGH!

Good location

They charged way too much money for what was offered. The bed was very uncomfortable (I could feel all the springs in my back), there were no curtains on the windows, and the heater kept turning on at night and woke me up each time. They probably raised the price because of the war because they know there are desperate people coming to Lviv.

great spacious property close to downtown

Clean spacious apartment and good location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Payment had to be done with a Ukrainian card to card transfer. Not a problem for me but a "regular" foreigner would have been in trouble. I filtered for an accommodation with parking. The parking turned out to be a private guarded parking lot 500 meter away. Not a big problem and the guard was super friendly.

Convenient location near the Mytna square. All within easy walking distance. Clean apartment, toilet, linen. The window overlooks a quiet and charming courtyard.

Two-level communication is not very convenient: some people by phone, hired maids at the location. This creates certain delays and misunderstandings. Also a disappointing practice of withdrawing the "insurance" deposit: no documents are issued, to return the money it was necessary to call the maid again, which was inconvenient. No drinking water: tap water is unsatisfactory for drinking purity. There is only one window and at the end of the apartment, not near the beds. Insufficient number of dishes even for 3 guests. Although the stated possibility of parking - access and unloading things from the car is very difficult. The actual parking lot is two blocks away, which also did not add convenience.
