The condo is great. Plenty of room for four adults. Everything you need to make your own food. Right on the beach with a beautiful view. Within walking distance to food, restaurants, shops, convenience stores. We really enjoyed the quiet area, not a party beach. We would definitely return!!

This was our first trip to Indian Rock/Clearwater area. We truly enjoyed our stay. Condo is exactly as described. Owner has everything you could possibly need. Kitchen fully stocked-even with cleaning supplies. Closet located in the covered garage full of beach supplies including several chairs and umbrellas. There is no beach service at this location so that is a great bonus if you need them. Some really good, laid back restaurants are very close by and all have live music and a patio, which we enjoyed. The beach is just a few steps away—very easy walking distance and words can not do justice to the beauty this beach provides. Very low key and not crowded at all. You can also drive 5-10 mins and be in the heart of Clearwater. I would recommend the condo and the location is amazing.

Karla made it super easy to stay. I love it that it is someone's home instead of through a rental agency. Her place has everything you need!

This was a great trip and our 2nd trip at this condo. We brought our small chihuahua -the balcony has screens so he can't fit through - very safe and comfy. We walked to a small park a block north twice a day to let him get exercise. My teens could walk to a couple shops and breakfast/lunch places, swim, play tennis or corn hole... lots to do. I made 3 dinners and there is everything you need in that kitchen to cook and the water from the fridge is filtered. Beds and sheets are very comfy. The owner gives you all the information you need before you get there and lots of beach items so you can sit at the beach comfortably with nice beach towels. Love this place!! Such cute decor and so clean!!

Everything was as listed. Beautiful location where you sit out on balcony & see the beach. Everything you could think of needing for the beach was available to you.

This is our second time staying in this condo. The area is beautiful, the condo was beautiful and immaculate, and Karla is quickly responsive if you have questions. We considered canceling when we heard about the possibility of large amounts of seaweed and so glad, I spoke with Karla and decided to ignore the rhetoric and kept reservation. There was less seaweed than last year, I may have seen three strands over a week's time. The water was warm and gorgeous!! Best vacation ever!!

This condo is located in Indian Rocks Beach, which has mostly simgle residence homes and some condominiums. There are great restaurants in walking distance. Tye condominium building is on the beach, quick easy access. The of the best things i liked of the area was the fact there were no mega hotels. The beach was never that busy. On top of all that, the condo is great. Well equipped kitchen, beach towels, and beach equipment in an equipment closet on the ground level. Included a covered parking soot as well. There is a pool and hot tub/spa on site that was well maintained. If i return to the area, ill definitely be looking this place up again.

We enjoyed our stay here! The condo was very clean and had updated features. The storage locker has most anything you’d need for the beach. We brought our own Shibumi tent for ease of set up but they had everything~ beach chairs, tent, toys, boogie boards. Super convenient to stop by there to and from beach. Ice cream shop and restaurants within walking distance. Having a large family I really enjoyed all the conveniences.

The condo was just as described, and was very well decorated with everything you need for a family vacation. It was also very clean with comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms with good water pressure. The building itself is in a great location in Indian Rocks and we saw the building manager a few times while there and he did a great job making sure everyone there was following rules given that is was crowded the week we were there. The parking space provided is right by the elevators which was also very convenient. The pool is small but nice for a quick dip, and they added pickle ball lines to the tennis courts which is a nice addition. There is also a new lawn type area with corn hole and tables with large umbrellas that was nice. We would definitely stay there again but probably select a non-holiday week because it was way more crowded then previous years when we stayed in June. And when it’s crowded you had to get out to the beach early to grab a spot which was stressful. And even though it says you cannot leave you stuff up on the beach overnight there were people who did leave there 10x10 tents up the whole time adding to the lack of space. Lastly, communication with the host was great leading up to the trip and we had no issues while there. I highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo met my expectations. I liked the proximity to local restaurants and shops/stores. The owner responded promptly to my texts and emails. As with any rental, you're charged a cleaning fee, but i felt we had to do half the cleaning person's job by being required to strip beds, empty trash, etc. or we were threatened with additional charges. Overall, i would recommend this place and would stay again.

Absolutely surprised at how amazing this place was. We stay in a lot of places and most over exaggerate about their place. This one didn't give it justice in their description. When they say they have everything, trust them they do. It was one of the nicest vrbo we have ever stayed in. We love the complex, the beach and the unit. Checkin was easy, the unit directions were on point and the resturants we found around the area where the cherry on top. Will definitely be back!!!

Our condo is very accommodating and well equipped. The owners of covered all the bases with plenty of amenities and extras to help you enjoy your vacation. The accommodations were comfortable, up-to-date, and very relaxing. I would highly recommend this property.

Great condo in the perfect location!

We had a great time staying at Karla’s condo! Great location with so much to see and do right on the beach! We had kids ages 12-21 along and they also had a great time! The condo is VERY well equipped, lots of kitchen utensils and appliances. Quality beach blankets and towels to use. We also loved that there is a beach tent, wagon and chairs to use! Very comfortable beds! Overall, we had a great 4 day stay and would definitely come back again!

The property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with the basic cooking supplies. Couldn't ask for more. Love the area and the beach was Fabulous. No red tide! Great trip.

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo was especially enjoyable. We have stayed in other condos that wouldnt cool because of their location in respect of their location being directly in line with the morning sun. Not so here. Cooled like an igloo. Also, the view from the balcony was exquisite. Great stay.. try my favorite restaurant, Keagans. I ate there 4 times that week, getting a different seafood dish each time, but always with a cup of their gumbo; best in the world!

Staying at this exquisite condo for the duration of our vacation in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida was one of the most memorable experiences in our life. Our entire family enjoyed every moment of our vacation, whether we were lounging on the beach or just hanging out in the condo to take a break from the sun. When we first stepped into our temporary residence we were astounded by the hominess and comfort it radiated. We instantly fell in love with the décor, the direct view of the ocean from the balcony, and the way that the condo became our home away from home. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was, because it made cooking our meals immensely easier. In other rentals, there would only be the bare minimum of dishes, utensils, pans, etc., but in this specific condo, we were even able to find some gadgets that we realized we couldn’t live without. The storage closet in the parking garage that contained beach chairs, umbrellas, and so much more was also greatly appreciated. We didn’t have to worry about renting the beach equipment like some of our friends have had to do when they went on tropical vacations of their own. Instead, we could just grab what we needed, and put all our other worries away for the rest of the day. I could go on and on about how much we appreciated our experience at the Reef Club, and I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone

Great condo & beautiful beach

Property is right on the beach and has everything you need to hang out on the beach. Owner was great to work with and access was easy. Enjoyed our stay!

Very nice condo. Well furnished and equipped. The location right by the beach was a must. Lot of restaurants fairly close. There is also a small nature and a playground on the other side of the street.

Our condo owner and the condo were amazing! Beautiful condo at a great complex on an amazing beach. If we ever have the opportunity to go to Indian Rocks Beach again I hope to be able to stay in this same condo!

Perfect location and everything you would ever need for the kitchen or beach! Karla was quick to respond if any issues came up which was very nice. We would definitely rent here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Reef Club for spring break! There were a lot of families, and my kids enjoyed making new friends at the pool. We made the most of the beach, pool and tennis courts during our 6 night stay. There were beach chairs and various sand toys in a storage closet. It was convenient to have gas grills and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also walked to a few restaurants, shops and ice cream. The condo listing and pictures are accurate. Overall a nice family spring break!

This location was perfect! They provide everything you would possibly need. Everything is in walking distance. Everyone was very friendly! Beautiful beach, very clean! Absolutely loved it!

Perfect walking location for beach and restaurants. The parking, unit and building grounds are immaculate. The birds by the water are diverse and entertaining. The warm pool was great fun for our family. We loved the unit's beach items, such as chairs and sand toys. The unit is spacious with great appliances. A quiet, friendly place to stay, with lots of other "snowbirds" like us in the building.

Look no further for a well maintained, clean, beautifully decorated condo right on the beach. The condo had everything needed for a “no-worry” stay including a well furnished kitchen with high-end appliances- everything needed to cook a meal, yet the condo also was located close to excellent restaurants. Views from the condo we’re stunning. We especially enjoyed breakfast on thr balcony. We look forward to future stays.

Clean comfortable property in a good location. Family of 5 had plenty of room to spend time together and not get on each others nerves. We'll stay here again if we come back to the area.
