Couldn’t say enough good about the property, the island, and the service we received. The property is exactly as advertised and is perfect for a family of up to 6. Walking distance to a gorgeous crystal clear beach and also walking distance to many restaurants. Would suggest renting a car, we did and didn’t regret it, seeing the entire island made the trip that much better. Charles and Regina are an amazing team and provide great service! Charles was responsive and provided a tremendous amount if information in advance of our trip. Once we arrived, Regina was there to greet us with a warm smile and provided us a full overview and answered all our questions. She also was available by phone for anything we needed or wanted to ask during our stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property was amazing, very well maintained. Regina was exceptional. The only negative was the pool was out of service until the last day of our 10 day stay.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at 105 Grandview! This was our first time to TCI so we had no idea what we were getting into as far as accommodations or area. Charles was so easy to work with answered my questions so quickly when booking and kept in communication with us right until we checked in. The condo was perfect for our family. We have 3 teens so we wanted a space where we could spread out and relax when we came in from the beach. While we love eating out, we loved having the full kitchen where we could enjoy breakfast on the patio in our pj's or grill out for dinner after a long day exploring TCI. This was the best equipped condo we have ever stayed in. We definitely overpacked things that the owners so thoughtfully had already provided like bug sprays,snorkel gear, basic first aid things. The kitchen was so well equipped as well and we had everything we needed to prep and cook. And I can't say enough about Regina - she's the sweetest person in the world. She made us feel welcome weeks before our trip by checking in to see what she could help us with. She helped get us reservations at Coco Bistro, tons of pointers around the island and checked in with us regularly. She's an absolute doll! We will definitely be back and can't imagine staying anywhere else!

Beautiful place in paradise! The property was beautiful and well equipped. The owner was very quick to get back to me on all my questions! You could never get a better location! This was our third time to go to Turks and I will continue to go and stay here! On the first floor which made beach and pool access so awesome! The master bed was also very comfy!

Great place to visit for a relaxing vacation. Property was well maintained, in a great location. Walk out the door to the beach and spend the day or walk out to be picked up by excursions. Recommend the Caicos Dream Tour all day boating. Check out was much earlier than flight and tried for 2 days to reach the property manager with no response. If you need a late check out work with Charles before you arrive. Regina is super nice but does not return text, calls or emails.

Turks and Caicos and the Grandview never disappoint!!! The condo is perfect - oceanfront, clean, spacious and with all the amenities you will need. Lots of great restaurants nearby. We will be back!

This is our third time staying in this particular condo and it never disappoints. It’s clean, well stocked and located within walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Regina the property manager is just a lovely person. Highly recommend.

Lovely ground floor condo ideal for walking out to the pool and beach. The beach was beautiful, beach chairs and umbrellas always available. The end of April was a perfect time to visit. Oldish couples and young families. Restaurants and grocery close by. We didn’t have a bad meal. Fun snorkeling adventures near. Hope to come back, soon!

We had the most amazing stay at this property. It was immaculately clean and fully stocked. The first-floor access to the pool and beach was perfect. We loved that we didn't need to fight over beach chairs and that they were set up for the residents daily. Charles was responsive and easy to communicate with and Regina the property manager was wonderful and answered all of our questions. We are already planning our return next year! It was perfect!

We were fortunate to stay at the property Dec 13 - 20, 2022. Often times pictures make a property look better than it actually ii is. Not in this case. If anything the pictures don't capture the the overall ambience of the property. Everything about our stay was first-rate from our initial contact with Charles, through check-in, our stay and finally, sadly, checkout. The property concierge, Regina, was the best! From her warm welcome, answering our questions and giving honest recommendations to a final private note we shared after our departure. It had been 9 years since we lat visited Provo and to say the island had changed, is an understatement. Grace Bay has been overdeveloped to the extent that oceanfront properties with clear views have diminished. Fortuantely the Grandview at Grace Bay is a small 18-unit property with direct access to the beach and outstanding views. The unit we stayed at was at ground level and had the benefit of direct pool access as well as beach access.. We would stay here again in a heart beat and look forward to our next visit!

Everything about this unit was great. Great location, plenty of space, lots of extras that were helpful like many towels, drying hooks, extra pillows and blankets, kitchen was well stocked. The Grandview is fantastic, not too big. Unit was way better and bigger in person than it looked in photos.

We loved our stay in this condo. There was nothing disappointing about this property. Extremely spacious condo that was very well maintained and stocked. We were very surprised and pleased with everything that was provided. More than amply stocked linens, beach and bath towels, bathroom toiletries, cleaning supplies, pool and beach accessories and so much more. The pictures online were great, which is to be expected, but in our opinion it was even much nicer in person . The screened in porch was very large and was a wonderful place for relaxing. Honestly there was nothing that we felt was missing, very generously stocked and thought out to meet all our needs. The owner and property manager were very considerate. We had the misfortune of being there as a hurricane made a visit also shutting the islands businesses down for a few days, but after grabbing some supplies at the local store we were very content and comfortable in the condo. The condo held up very well to the storm and we felt very safe. Both the owner and property manager checked on us multiple times checking on our well being and to see if there was anything they could do for us. That was extremely kind and added to our sense of well-being . We give this stay and 10 out of 10, and for sure hope to go back to this same place very soon.

This condo is beautiful, so well decorated and has everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and all the appliances worked well. It made our stay that much more enjoyable!

We just got back from spending 9 nights in this condo and it was truly amazing! The location and beach cannot be beat, and the condo itself is just perfect. It was extremely comfortable, well stocked, clean, and we felt so well taken care by Regina, the property manager. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

This time we brought two friends who were also celebrating 25 years of marriage. The condo didn't disappoint. Remarkably it hasn't aged at all since the last time we stayed 3+ years ago. In fact, in looks like some upgrades have been made. The private beach is wonderful - never a fight for chairs and umbrellas. The location is fantastic. We walked to dinner every night to amazing restaurants like Opus and Coco Bistro. I really can't say enough about this place. It's exactly like the photos. We will be back for certain.

Drinks and tacos next door at Grace Bay Club were perfection. There was hardly anyone at the pool. A couple days we needed to set up our own chairs and umbrellas, but we always arrived later in the morning (around 11). There were no paddleboards Or bikes as some have mentioned. Otherwise great!! This is a great beachfront condo on the ground floor. It was very convenient with our three kids to be able to walk out of the screened porch directly to the pool and beach. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties and rarely leave 5 star reviews. I can confidently say that this is the most well stocked rental we have ever encountered. The condo is in excellent condition and very comfortable. The beach is incredible and Grandview has an impressive amount of beachfront. With such few units, the stretch is never crowded and there were always beach chairs and umbrellas available at any time of the day. Regina (island coordinator and concierge) was also really helpful over the entire week of our stay. She offered all sorts of great recommendations from dining to boat and snorkel tours, etc.

First, the property exceeded our expectations in every way. The unit was beautifully decorated and loaded with any and everything you would need for an enjoyable vacation! The kitchen had lots of plates, glassware, every cooking utensil that you could imagine needing. There was no need to purchase things like trash/storage bags and basic cooking necessities like oil, salt and pepper because it was in the pantry. Finally, I cannot say enough about Regina, the on-site manager and Charles the property manager. Regina met us upon arrival and showed us around the unit and property, and checked on us regularly during our stay. Charles was always available if we needed anything that Regina could not handle but that was never necessary. Our plan is to return next year and for many years to come. This was by far the best accommodations we've had after six years of coming to the island! Thanks Regina and Charles for everything....we look forward to seeing you next year.
