The location is excellent, near the train station, city center and the port. The vibe and general aesthetic of the hotel was nice. Also the room very clean and comfortable.

It's very convenient near the train station. I got there late, and the customer service left me an envelope and my room key. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, with curtains and privacy.

Really super nice, cozy, clean place ! Traveling alone as a woman, I had booked my 2 first nights there (I was on a 3 weeks trip around Finland) and I ended up booking all of my nights in Helsinki at this place (5 nights at the beginning of January and 5 more nights when I came back from Lapland). It feels very safe and welcoming and the staff is very friendly ! The location is perfect, right in the city center but the place is very quiet ! You have everything you need in a 5 to 10 minute walk, even the train station is easily reachable on foot ! You can self check-in for late arrival, everything is send by mail, instructions are very clear. A lot of commodities in the common area, as well as in the rooms. Each bed is "closed" so you can have your privacy, and there is a light, a mirror, hooks to hang your towels and stuff, shelves and several plugs in each bed. The common area is great for chilling and meeting new people, the showers are nice, the kitchen is spacious with a lot of utensils and ingredients free to use, I really don't have anything negative to say ! I mean you just have to hope that no one snores in your room but that's it 😂 I would recommend 100% and book it again !

The location is perfect, the living room is very nice - great place to meet other people. My bed was very comfy and I slept really well.

People calling on their phone in the main lobby "living room" at night, make it unpleasant to spend time there. A proper phone policy could improve this! Lockers did not lock, separate lock available for the large drawers under the bunk beds. There are no separate washrooms with sink, the only place for shaving etc. is in the toilets.
