The property is clean and in new condition. The location is very central to Pereybere and a short drive to Grand Baie. Parking is available at the property. The staff are extremely helpful and considerate. Wifi is excellent also.

The apartment was huge. The beds were enormous.

Air conditioning is only in bedrooms; there is no A/C in the living room/kitchen. The shower was gorgeous but water pressure was only a trickle. It took several minutes for hot water to come in the shower. The pool on the property was dirty, with discolored water; not as advertised, which disappointed our kids who wanted to swim in the pool AND at the beach. Gaining entry was not streamlined. The owner asked us to call him when we were approaching the residence, but our cell phone doesn’t work well here, so that was a hassle. We’d told him a 15-min window of time when we’d arrive, which we arrived within, so that should have been enough. We got the feeling the owner is rarely on site for more than checking in guests, but he was available via WhatsApp and arranged a taxi for our return trip. We were surprised that items regularly at a hotel were not supplied, such as hand soap. The kitchen had dishes, but without dish soap we weren’t trusting they’d been cleaned properly. We weren’t going to buy dish soap for the 2 days we were there, and assume others before us felt the same.

Perfect location, Nice and clean apartments 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from a good supermarket. Excellent WiFi connection, The staffs and owner was really helpful and every request was answered quickly. I highly recommend this property.”

- Prepayment per bank transfer led to high additional costs we didn't plan for - Even though the hotel itself was very quiet the neighbouring one was rather loud - Information about arrival time had to be given way in advance which is OK if you travel directly from the airport but difficult if you plan to stay in different regions on the island beforehand
