Front desk staff very accommodating. Friendly and act quickly upon your requests.
The bed sheets. Missing flat, fitted sheets and the covering was too small. Discussed with Manager and he is working on getting this issue taken care of.

location is excellent, beside restaurants and the harbour. Air con wasn’t working but staff were really helpful and upgraded our room

I don’t like anything about this hotel the staff Albert and the other worker was extremely rude we were given rooms that had no hot water, rooms that were moldy and the rooms were not clean properly please don’t waste your money to stay there stay at a different hotel
unclean and dirty the staff were very rude and disrespectful accusing people of drugs and alcohol wanted to call the police when you tell them about themselves

Comfortable beds, great location, good A/C, amazing shower with friendly staff. Would definitely recommend for any backpackers who left it too late to book hostels
the gym could do with some touching up.

Sport gym is very old.. but it's more nice to run around area or take Yoga class across street (Nemaste coffe).:)

The bathroom could have been cleaned better there was quite a build up of mould in the shower, it was also quite noisy

DO NOT GO TO THIS PROPERTY THEY WILL SCAM YOU !! they took me more than 200 euros pretending my card was declined. They asked us to pay in cash, so they made black money. When I contested all of this they told me that this wasn’t true. THIEVES AND LIARS

Wifi was very good for the most part which was important. It went down one night, but other than that it worked well. It was as expected. We booked a budget stay as we wanted to save money. The room was large enough for the 4 of us and got what we paid for.
The bathroom does not smell great. It is definitely the toilet water. The bathroom door is only a sliding panel so the smell can waft a bit. Ants can be a problem in Belize and there were a fair amount on one of the walls.
