Very spacious garden and very quiet place. old stone house full of local romance. Owner lives next door, very friendly people.

everything was in place, we really enjoyed vacation.

Central location to explore area. Host provided maps and ideas of places to visit which was appreciated. The nearby restaurant recommended was good value and food delicious. Warmth of main bedroom in the afternoon where we spent time as the rest of house very cool to uncomfortable in October. Wifi also works best in this bedroom.

Despite photos showing fireplace operational,which attracted us to the property for the warmth factor, we were not permitted to use it. Reluntantly a heater was provided. Strong bad odour in ground floor toilet as well as in the top story bathroom. Despite leaving the window open in top story bathroom during our 4 night stay the bad smell remained. We used 2nd level bathroom. Due to response re 'heating' on arrival we didnt feel comfortable to approach owner regarding these bad smells. Suggestion -fly screen for front door so then the door can be left open to let valuable afternoon sun and warmth into house in October. Due to many mosquitos we couldnt use outdoor seating comfortably.

Quite location, 15-20 minutes to the coast. Very good for families. Accomodation could do with air-con (very hot in the night).
