it was ok if u stay one night and don't wanna go in city center by car, breakfast is good, staff is polite and there's free parking in front of hotel.

in front of hotel there's probably problem with sewage - horrible smell, so it enters the hotel too. if u don't open windows/balcony in the room it's ok. in shower there was mold. we booked room with air-conditioning but there was mix up bc they left in charge some girl/family who didn't understand documents and gave us the one without- luckily it was normal weather, not too hot so we didn't needed it. we booked bc it has free parking, but entering in backyard where parking is is super narrow with lots of bumps and holes on the road. lucky for us,in front of hotel there is free parking and we catched one spot so left car there. if u wanna go to the city center it's easier with tram/bus that's right in front of hotel, but if it's late night or weekend there's no place to buy titcket, inside of tram/bus u can't do it. hotel advertised they have tickets but they didn't, then last day they had. minus is advertising sth u don't have.

Après avoir découvert et visité plus de 100 pays en soixante ans, (certains d’entre eux à plusieurs reprises), je vis en cet endroit la huitième étape de notre troisième voyage en Italie. Auteur et éditeur de guides touristiques, je ne regrette pas mon choix. Ce petit hôtel familial ne manque pas d’atouts, chambres confortables, excellent rapport qualité-prix et bonne situation pour rejoindre le centre ville par le bus dont l’arrêt est situé en face comme par ses environs propices à de longues et superbes balades le long du fleuve « PÖ » A ne pas manquer, jouxtant la porte d’entrée de l’hôtel, «La Medusa» l’excellent restaurant italien nous a accueillis chaleureusement et très professionnellement pour nous faire découvrir une cuisine inventive et raffinée, un régal confirmé lors de nos deux dîners.

Le manque de sourire et d'accueil du réceptionniste qui ne se lève pas même à notre arrivée et que l'on a plutôt l'impression de déranger...

Das Personal ist super (nett, lustig, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit). Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Hotel hat eigene Parkplätze. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Haustür, sodass man schnell im Zentrum ist. Schräg gegenüber vom Hotel befindet sich eine Pizzeria und das Essen dort hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.

The room what we booked is nowhere near to the pictures on the booking. It was like my grandma's home what is abandoned for 10 years. The old lady at the reception don't speak any English so there was no chance to communicate about it. The parking lot ceiling is continuisly falling to the car.

The staff is available for all the requests.
