We had a wonderful time, the house and grounds were beautiful. I wish we could have enjoyed it more but Mother Nature wasn’t nice to us! We will definitely come back:)

Everything was just liked pictured. We love this place. It had so many caring and thoughtful touches. It was so clean and had everything you might need or want. Beautiful property and views too. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a romantic get away

This property is absolutely beautiful! This was our 3rd time staying here and we are never disappointed. Terry and Bev go above and beyond to make this stay well worth it! They provide all that you need. The privacy and romantic feeling about this home right when you walk in the door is so welcoming. This is the perfect romantic getaway! The home is super clean! Words cannot describe just how beautiful and serene this property is. The drive in is very scenic. Upon entering the house, the foyer was warmed for us by a cozy fireplace. Once upstairs, the house had such an ambience with low lighting, cozy electric fireplace already on for us, pretty string lights and soft music already playing in the background.There was so much attention to detail here.My husband and I were able to just feel our systems decompress! We were pleasantly surprised that there was a convenient walk-out from the master directly to the gorgeously landscaped patio with the hot tub, grill and fireplace right there! No steps to access this area. Loved that! Although our booking was during the cold of winter, we found it to be was a blast to grill and have a blazing fire and surrounding snow to enjoy. The glow can be seen from the master bedroom and hot tub-definitly bonus. The setting and the privacy along with the rolling hills view while soaking in the hot tub was just really pretty. The house had all the comforts of home from the nicely decorated interior to the scenic view from deck facing jacuzzi. We took advantage of it all!! We are excited to return to enjoy the fall colors from this spectacular home and setting! Oh and the check-in/out process was cake. Bev is so communicative and sweet! Thanks for this peaceful and romantic stay!

As two young professionals working in the city we were looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat to celebrate our 5th anniversary. This cabin really fit the bill. On arrival Bev greeted us and made sure we got in the door okay. We were immediately impressed with how clean the property was - we both like to take off our shoes inside and felt like we could do that comfortably in this property. We also really loved the nature trail on the property and spent quite a bit of time there. My husband also was happ to find the grill in perfect working order. All in all a wonderful stay!

We only stayed one night and already want to go back! It is absolutely the perfect place for a romantic getaway. Such a hidden gem! Everything about our stay was perfect. Cleaning. Warming, relaxing, and memorable!

We loved the house. Hot tub, indoor fireplace, and lights were all on when we arrived which was nice and easy for check in. A lot of the outlets didn’t work especially the out door one where I wanted to charge my electric car. We cooked a lot and all appliances and kitchen utensils were there which was nice. Plenty of towels and toiletries to accommodate us. Would recommend to a friend

My spouse and I have stayed here during the winter for the last three years and plan to return again. The property managers are responsive and kind. The hot tub is amazing and a great place to watch the sun rise, or the stars at night. We look forward to our next stay.

Amazing place. Cozy and romantic the owners have taken great care to make their chalet a memorable place to stay. Walks on the property, hot tub under the moonlight, fireside jacuzzi bath and a quaint living and kitchen area, we fell in love all over again. Close enough to civilization if you want to get out and see the area (Reading half hour to the north and Lititz/Lancaster half hour to the south) and a great restaurant/tavern close by called
Franklin House. We will gladly book again!!

Had a great time at the chalet. It's tucked away just far enough that you don't get any road noise, so the whole stay was very peaceful. Everything was clean, and looked exactly like in the pictures!

We absolutely loved the property. The seclusion of the place made it nice for all types of events outside. It was nice and cozy and so peaceful. We will definitely be back. only one suggestion is a king size bed.

This place did not disappoint. I could live in this cozy chalet. We were in love the minute we pulled up. We went shopping to buy similar decorations to make our house just as cozy. Look forward to a longer visit in our new future.

Beautiful property inside and out! Outdoor hottub is excellent. Absolutely pin-drop quiet surroundings. Excellent star gazing at night. The Owners are wonderful people, the neighborhood food is excellent, 15mins to local stores. My Wife and i celebrated our Honeymoon here and it was excellent, we didnt want to leave! We will be back!!

We were really looking forward to spending a bit of time away from our hectic lives to celebrate our 36th anniversary at this beautiful chalet. The property was private, had gorgeous views, was exceptionally clean, and Bev the owner created a very romantic atmosphere from the moment you opened the door...and the gift of goblets was a truly special touch! From the well-stocked kitchen to the hot tub and outdoor oasis, the Private Chalet was beyond impressive! We felt very fortunate to have spent such a lovely time here!

We enjoyed every minute of the time that we stayed there! We got there the cleanliness, the welcoming music, the whole atmosphere was an experience that I wish everyone could feel 😊 The Host was very accommodating, everything was there that you needed! The hot tub, the jacuzzi, so relaxing! And also the trails, the swing down by the creek! It was a great place to spend a few days on our honeymoon, after my second marriage!!!! Thank you so much! This long weekend at your gorgeous facility was exactly what my girlfriend and I needed. We are both busy professionals, and have a longing to someday retire, and lead a much simpler life out in the country. This retreat was absolutely perfect. We could not appreciate more. The painstaking detail that you provided as far as amenities. Anything anyone would need was there. From enjoying the hot tub to sitting next to the fire everything was absolutely perfect and it was a glorious weekend. We will look forward to someday spending a long weekend there again.
