Hotel situated in great location. Many local restaurants, shops, supermarket, clubs right at the doorstep. Walking distance from Old Town. Staff is very good. High level of cleanliness. Very comfortable beds for me. Room was not big but for the price its worth it.

Horrible breakfast, it is nothing like you see on the pics, it is a big scam from their side, they have several pics of breakfast here on booking.com but what you get is a small served breakfast which includes an egg omelette, low quality mortadella, cheese, a few pieces of cucumber and bread (not really fresh), for drinks there is only a tea, not even water or a coffee, big disappointment and absolutely not worth it. Besides the breakfast, originally we got a horrible room with a broken mattress where it was not possible to sleep, also this room had no windows/views as booked. They changed the room after we said we would leave and book another hotel (fortunately we didn't pay at check-in right away). Suddenly there was a free room which they gave us. This room was better but still quite bad - we saw cockroaches, the sheets were dirty and generally it didn't look clean at all, well yeah the price is low but not worth it anyway. We would rather stay somewhere else next time and thus we cannot recommend it.

The staff is pleasant smiling and helpful .. They are flexible with dollar payments.

The bed was uncomfortable 😫 They put 2 single beds together to make it 1 double bed.

booked the hotel when we reached the person on reciption ask to give us cash, i paid. he call someone else to pick us from the hotel and give him 10% less money. Onces we reached the second hotel i got to know that they are out of rooms and still booking continue on booking & other sites. I asked them to refund person refund 10% less money which i paid just 10 minutes ago. Unfortunately I'll have to go first hotel to resolve the issue

It is the second time I'm staying here. I will come again for my next trip to Baku. Old City Inn Hotel has a great location, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Also, I rate cleaning 10/10.

They tpok the money by hand..the whole amount...and then today my amount was tried to be charged by the credit card.

The only good thing is the location. All the sight seeing are a walking distance. Kasamasa restaurant outside on the main road is amazing. It's a budget inn. Stay if you coming in to sleep only. Check the bed, they don't change sheets. Our sheets had hair and blood on them. Toilet stinks keep the top down and door closed. Skip breakfast not worth it. Go to Kasamasa restaurant it's on the road where the taxi will drop you. Great food, great people. Reviews on breakfast lady are so true, she came in late and left early. I was there working from 6, she came in at 845 and left 945. I went down to get my family only to find the restaurant closed. It was my blessing. I went to Kasamasa restaurant and they had great food, the manager hooked us up with a taxi driver who took us everywhere, to the. Mountain, came to pick us up, had dinner with live music at Kasamasa restaurants, slept at their hostel, was amazed by the divine connection. Go eat there, trust me, amazing. Drink the local tea and eat the local eggs with tomatoes. No gluten free anything in baku brinng your own. Lol
