Great communication Good location

The backyard is as promised, a beautiful oasis. We enjoyed the pool and cooking out on the grill. The location is close to the strip for easy access. I did not appreciate the lawn care people waking us up early while we are on vacation. The AC struggled to keep the house at a bearable temperature.. it was miserably warm in the house even at night.

Clean house in safe neighborhood. Pool was great addition to enjoy. Would book again.

The house was exactly the way it was seen online the owner of the house was very nice the house was very clean and the pool and hot tube was very nice I give it a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a nice home with a great pool and an excellent location for a convenient drive to the Vegas strip. The homeowner was lovely but the daily communication about the property upkeep and management was off-putting. The house rules and the need to contact the owner anytime we wanted to have the spa turned on or ensure the paid-for heated pool was in operation were burdensome when looking for a stress-free vacation. We were visiting my sister and retired mother and while I alerted the owner to this prior to our visit, I was asked why additional people were at the pool because there were cameras showing more people present. I found this intrusive and off-putting. I was aware of the rules and communicated prior to my visit but found this coordination beforehand did not assist me in having a stress-free visit considering the amount paid for the property.

House was very clean and nice. Location was great, easy to find and close to strip. Lots of entertainment at the property for the kids.

Beautiful home, perfect for a gathering. Pictures show lots of fun activities to do around the house. Cons, owner felt a little overbearing. Called not once but twice within a 10 minute time period to ask for my ID. Then continued to ask what I was doing at her property, who was going to be there and for how long. Property manager called as well to get details and we got everything handled. Thank you so much Leah. Even though we still felt Like we were walking on egg shells with all of the rules posted around the house. Even in the restrooms that they had rules. ***Make sure to read it all of the description of the home***

We stayed with two other couples for a kids free get away. The house was perfect size with an amazing outdoor space. Short uber to the strip/airport as well which was perfect!

This house was a perfect fit for our family getaway. The house was clean, and the pool was refreshing.

The communication with the owner was horrible,she didn’t even bother in turning on the spa even when I asked she didn’t even replied,linen dirty, sheets with stains all over,the house is full of signs with rules that takes away that home vibe completely,no extra toilet paper

Trying to stay positive, the pool was very nice and there was plenty of comfy seating for our group of six. Nice fridge and stove. But beyond that the place was not very clean, no plastic cups for outdoor drinks, no dish clothes, no cutting board, bad cook wear and utensils, no garbage bags, not enough pool towels. Wouldn’t recommend staying there if you plan to do any cooking. We only did breakfast and there was a pan and a spatula so bacon and eggs it was. All in all a great time was had so that gets the four stars but won’t be staying again.

We had 7 in our family sat at the house for our Vegas vacation. You can walk to Palace station for meals and gambling. Strip is a short Lyfte ride away. The backyard is awesome to hang out with the family.

Great place. Small little quirks such as Hot Tub instructions unclear and needed to get access via homeowner to heat it. Heats up quick as it is heated via gas. Cameras in back yard. Bedroom doors do not stay closed and need adjustments. Home owner is very cost conscious - e.g. use of hot tub heat, limited toilet paper etc. Again small quirks but a really nice place with lots of great features, beautiful backyard escape and good location.

This house and backyard are even better than the pictures online! Everything we needed was there, property was as described, and it was clean and well-maintained. Lots of extras like floats for the pool, cooler, etc. We had 3 couples celebrating 25th wedding anniversaries - hiked Red Rock Canyon, spent time on the strip and Fremont St, renewed our vows with Elvis, kayaked the CO river and spent time in the pool/hot tub. Great trip! Our only issue was with heating the pool and hot tub and this was resolved quickly by the property manager. We would definitely recommend this location.

House has everything you need! Super clean and cute! My friends and I loved our stay here!

We enjoyed our stay but, should we ever stay again, I would ask that the gardener not do their leaf blowing in the morning. We also could not get the remote control to the garage to work but parking within the fenced area was fine. The putting green is somewhat unusable because the plastic hold cups come above the green. Aside from those things, we would return! Not crazy about the VRBO booking fees either but that isn't on the owner.

Very clean property. Kitchen and bathrooms with up to date remodels. Pool and hot tub was great. Download Uber Eats for easy food delivery. Several members of our party walked to/from Palace Station.

This is an updated 60s era home that has everything required for a happy stay. The contact person (whom we met on arrival) was more than willing to offer help if we required. The back yard had a great pool (with a shallow and deep end, good for your kids), and well-landscaped yard. Lounge chairs were plentiful and comfortable. We would have preferred a Keurig as the 'go to' for coffee.

It has been so great to have a home to return to after working all day Comfortable, clean and a well stocked kitchen to cook all of our meals. Major bonus is the stunning backyard and pool We didn’t want to go to work and would have stayed in the pool all day !

This place is the perfect getaway! Great kitchen/grill and we used the pool and hot tub every day! The store is close by and has everything you need. We had such a fun time here and the owner was super helpful! We will definitely be back next time!

We loved our stay here! The pool and multiple seating areas outside were amazing. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We will definitely stay here again!!

This is a great vacation property. The house is clean and well-furnished, and the backyard is perfectly suited for fun and games. Being just a couple of miles from the convention center made this location much more preferable to a local hotel. Definitely recommended for those who don’t want to stay on the strip. Would definitely book again.
