The house was perfect for our stay. The house was very well equipped. Felt secured 1000%, since is a gated community. Had the beach, restaurants and a bakery very close to us. In the future I would stay here again. Highly recommend it .

We enjoyed this condo so much. Was the prefect home base for all of our adventures in PR.
Even before we arrived , the owners were very responsive and kept in touch with all details we needed. Arrived to clean and cold condo and family really enjoyed the area, pools, and proximity to all of our adventures.
Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
Only minor complaint my daughters had was the twin mattresses were a bit hard to sleep on. All other beds, bathrooms and overall experience was great

My two teenage sons and I stayed at this condo and it was awesome! It was extremely safe which was one of my concerns as I was traveling alone with my boys. The condo was just as pictured! Super spacious and airy and the view from the balcony was heavenly! The beds were super comfy and the condo had everything you needed including beach chairs/ towels and a cooler. Very close to many great restaurants, the beach and the bio bay. Not a far drive to El Yunque where we ziplined . The condo was awesome and so glad we decided to stay there instead of a sterile hotel room for the week. It felt like home. Della was great with answering all my questions and providing recommendations. Would definitely go back!

Every was as advertised. My girls had a blast at the pool and my parents loved the views and atmosphere around the apartment.

Everything was perfect! The common areas, the balcony, and the bedrooms. We had so many extra amenities like beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, etc. the beds were so comfy too!! It was an amazing place that was extremely safe :)
Definitely will recommend to family and friends :)

The condo was spacious and comfortable. The outdoor balcony with the sofa seats was the best place to hang out in the early morning and late evenings. The condo is located right next to a large pool and is a short car drive from Seven Seas Beach ($5 to park), Luquillo Kiosks for great food and the Yunque Rainforest. It is a gated complex with security so you feel very secure. We had a small issue with the linen and pillows and Della was right on it. Overall, very happy with our stay and would definitely return!

We rented three condos at this location and had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful, has a security guard so we always felt safe and it has generators which came in handy because electricity did go out towards the end of our trip for a few hours but we had no issues. It is located right across the street from a few marinas and one of our excursions left from there so that was so convenient. Plus all the restaurants and little spots that can be walked to or it's a really short drive to some other beautiful areas like Las Croabas/Seven Seas Beach. Carabalí Rainforest Adventure park is only 20 minutes away, and Luquillo Beach/Los Kioskos de Luquillo are even closer. As for the property itself, it was well maintained and well stocked; very comfortable and the outdoor space on the balcony was perfect with gorgeous views. The property owners were great and very responsive at all times, as was the gentleman who manages the property locally. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

We were very comfortable with the condo, large enough for four adults and LOVED the huge patio!! We had all we needed for a great stay, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels/chairs, even tennis rackets! The complex has wonderful views, great pools, total sense of security and friendly neighbors. We were able to explore all the beaches in the immediate area and do day trips to Ponce and San Juan. Fajardo offers tours galore, close to the Ferry to go to Culebra, Vieques...the perfect spot to vacation!

Stay at this property for 5 days, we enjoy our stay, clean, easy check in process, everything is as description, nice trip! We are happy and will recommend to our friends and families.

The condo was just as displayed online. Very spacious and clean. The Kitchen has high quality pots and supplies to prepare your favorite meal and to make a cocktail. It is close to shopping, restaurants and the ferry port. You can see the ocean and marina from the balcony. The property has a guarded gate with several pools, tennis court, and walking trail. Handicap accessible with elevators and walk in showers no stairs.
Great communication with the owner. I would note hesitate to stay again.

This getaway was exactly what we were looking for. Wonderful balcony view, where I enjoyed my breakfast looking at the ocean; look to the right and there are the mountains. Location is perfect for all our activities and a very secure stay. It is a great place to stay. Bed was very comfortable. Communication with Mark and Della through the process was easy and prompt.

Such a wonderful home, spot on with the description on website and very easy to communicate with Host, Ms. Allen. The three of us had a great time and loved coming back after each day's adventure to relax or eat and sit on the porch. The beds were very comfortable actually all seating was comfy! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/pans/blender, etc for cooking meals! You can tell this rental is well cared for and safe with a gate person every time you enter. I highly recommend this rental!

The property was very nice. If not driving or willing to walk through some not very well-kept sidewalks off property, the options can be limited for dining. It's very close to the ports for all tours.

Puerto Rico Vacation
Had a wonderful time. The amenities were great and the condo was clean and spacious. Had an excellent view of the marina and ocean. Would stay at this property again.

Overall, this was a wonderful stay.
As a parent, with four teens, safety is always my top concern, when traveling. This property felt extremely safe and was monitored very well. The condoplex was well-maintained, as well. The condo was a wonderful size for our large family. We had plenty of room and nobody felt that they were on top of each other. Communication with the owners was great! I only have a couple of negatives, but nothing that would deter us from visiting again. I have a high standard for cleanliness, and while the condo was overall clean, there were small things that could be cleaned a bit better (at no fault of the owners), such as the silverware drawer. It was full of crumbs. I do think that it needs to be a bit more clear that there is not a beach within walking distance, however there was plenty to do and we visited a GORGEOUS beach that was only a 5 minute drive away. The owners recommended Seven Seas Beach and it did not disappoint! Overall, we loved this place and would certainly visit again.

Great escape to Puerto rico
The condo was very spacious with plenty of room for a family. The pools were very nice and made use of the beach chairs that were a part of the rental. Added bonus it has backup power too. The island lost power while we were there but we did not. The only reason we knew the power was out is that it was really dark outside. Would stay there again

Perfect for winding down
Check in/out process very efficient. Communication with the owners was great. Very approachable and quick to respond.
The condo is lovely. Clean, comfortable, beautiful view. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has it all. Washer/dryer in condo is so convenient. Enjoyed watching the tours go out of the marina and returning just before sunset. Complex felt very safe. It is located close to a variety of restaurants and quick drive to different points of interest and activities. It was definitely a very pleasant experience. We hope to stay again soon.

Della called after my Uncle was back in Florida and told us someone found it. Della made all the arrangements to get the ring back to my Uncle. The Host were very attentive and always answered all our questions with no delay. Many thanks to Della and her Husband for being so gracious.

Beautiful Condo!!!!!
My family and I enjoyed this condo in Fajardo. It is a great location with security. The view from the balcony is beautiful overlooking the boats and ocean. The condo has all the amenities needed for your stay. The owners are great to communicate with. They give detail information prior to arrival making check in smooth and check out easy. My family and I can't wait to come back and stay here again.

We had some trouble with the lock, which Della is having fixed. The complex security is excellent, but it means you cannot leave on foot, but this was a minor inconvenience. We left some salt and oil for the next guests—the kitchen is well equipped but doesn’t include those kinds of basic supplies.
We were incredibly happy to stay here and would certainly recommend it.

Beautiful place and location
We had plenty of room for a family of 6. Great location and condo. Had everything you needed to cook. Pools were clean. Bam bam was great. Anything we needed. Places to go. He was very helpful. Were be back. One huge negative. Security at gate. When we 1st got there. We was told we wasn't on list. It took us 15 minutes to get in. And its wasn't the only time. They need to figure that out.

It was an excellent location if you have a rental car. I stayed with my family of 5 and we felt safe and comfortable. They also had a lot of extra amenities for beach days like extra beach chairs and a cooler which we found super useful during our stay. Highly recommend this if you are going with family!

The kitchen was well-prepared and stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances. The property was about 6-8 minutes from Seven Seas Beach which is such a beautiful and serene beach for kids. We will definitely be back to explore the area more.
