Breakfast needs a bit more variety

The breakfast is really good, the beverages choices are not varied, but other than that is great! Free wifi with good connection speed in the room. It was very clean, didn't find any surprises. The staff was very helpful and the room was just what I was expecting, the bed was confy and the location was very centric, near all the night life and high end restaurants.

Not as much ammenities as I am used to, only 1 soap, shampoo and conditioner, no body lotion nor toothpaste, but to be honest that is just nitpicking in general I would say the downside point were just details and in no way deal breakers.

The owner Diego and the receptionist Ricardo have been very helpful in organising taxi for my pick-up and return. They have also organised for my Covid-19 test at their office. Very friendly and professional. The room is large enough for 2 people. The location is good, it's walking distance to shops. The breakfast has plenty of choices.

The only negative thing is they did not provide tea/coffee bags in the room.

It was well located

They charged us extra even though in booking.com said ALL taxes and fees where included in the price they charged us 15% extra!!! The manager was rude and the staff didn’t know how to explain the extra charge, they said it was taxes, but taxes in bolivia are 13%, they where charging 15%. Then the front desk guy said we wouldn't need to pay the 15% if we didn't need the receipt (factura), so we said we didn’t but then he said the manager ordered something else. I called booking and they checked if TAOS mentioned the extra 15% because according to TAOS, booking knew about this, but booking confirmed there was not such charge on their agreement! Then taos stated that if we didn’t pay they would still charge us 99$ for cancelling! So we ended up paying the extra 15% because…where else could we stay with such short notice?!. Also, my daughter wanted to pay with her credit card but they wanted to charge $40 extra from the original price (198$) because they included the supposed tax and money conversion 10 points lower than the official!!! The only pro is location but they are rellay shady! Wont go there again.

The personal was very friendly and tried to help in any ways far beyond what they needed to do. Great location. Great to have a parking opportunity under the hotel. We could leave our car there even for the day we had checked out. Very service oriented!

On arriving we mentioned that we had to register at immigration online in order to avoid a fine. They said that they do it automatically. When leaving the country we realized it was not done and we had to pay a fine. ALways do things like that yourself! Had some problems with hot water. But the rest was just great!

Great location, values for money and very clean and convenient.

We basically loved everything. The room is comfy and big. The bed was awesome and the facilities clean and useful. The breakfast was also huge and diversified.

The wifi connexion was not really good unfortunately.
