Lovely cottage in ideal position for St Kilda and tram network. Cottage has everything you need and more. Andrew very helpful. Would love to stay again.

Great little cottage in a fantastic location. Andrew was easy to communicate with and we appreciated all the little extras provided... especially the chocolates. So close to Albert Park with a huge off leash dog area and property was very safe andnsecure for our dog. Would definitely stay again.

We chose this property because we wanted to bring our dog along. It was a great location and had a great little courtyard for our dog.

Had a lovely week at the cottage. Location is fantastic, near a lot of nice cafes, shops and public transport options to get into the city. Andrew is a very helpful host, with plenty of info at hand about the cottage and area. The cottage itself is very nice. The courtyard is really beautiful and a nice spot to relax. Liked how secluded it felt, and our dog enjoyed the stay too.

Nice neat little place and very quiet. Just off a busy street with parking a bit of an issue, although we had mastered it by the time we left. It was very safe for our Toy Poodle and she liked the regular walks and meetings with other dogs and their owners.

Fantastic location for access to Melbourne city and its attractions. Cottage located as part of an intriguing building complex but stands independent - direct secure external access - and very private. Very comfortable place to live in (and come home to) when you're not gallivanting around the city.

Very pretty clean and bright cottage with lovely garden. All conveniences. Centrally located. Owner very helpful and communicative. Parking tricky but permit eases the challenges.

Enjoyable stay in st kilda with our small Moodle while we are having some home renovations. Andrew was a great and helpful host. The apartment community were all very friendly in our dealings and the area has a lot to offer.

We had a wonderful two weeks in this cottage that was well appointed and brilliantly located in the heart of St Kilda. Close to restaurants, beaches and dog parks which were important for our stay. The courtyard was quiet and perfect for the dogs to relax in the shade between walks each day. The owner communicated with us regularly and was always available if we had any questions. We stayed here for 5 nights and it couldn’t have better. Exceptionally clean and quiet, close to shops,transport, restaurants and an easy ride to the city. Well equiped kitchen and comfortable bed with lovely linen. Everything detail was provided to make our stay comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay again.

We needed a dog friendly stay for a week. The house is small but well appointed. The dogs loved exploring Albert Park fields and everything including good coffee is nearby

Great location and very good amenity.

This is a charming little cottage, great for two people. Furnishings were nice and very comfortable. Andrew has provided many thoughtful extras, like beach towels, a grocery carrier, umbrellas, and lots of information about local restaurants and transportation and maps, etc. He was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive. Lots of interesting restaurants in the neighborhood and close to public transport. We did find access to the cottage a little tricky, especially after dark, as it’s tucked in behind an apartment building with either a narrow walkway alongside the building or through an uneven walkway from a laneway (alley) on the other side of the building. Not a huge deal but could be tricky for some. What made this cottage really special is the patio and garden. It is truly a hidden oasis. Relaxing to sit in and pretty to view from inside the cottage. I loved it!If you are interested in penguins they can be seen after sunset at the nearby St Kilda pier! Free and within walking distance!

We had a wonderful time in this cottage. Andrew thought of everything that you could need or want. It was a wonderful refuge from the heat. The yard and barbecue were an added bonus. We loved it and would highly recommend it!

This is a great property which is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. There is great attention to detail to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Excellent communication from the manager made the check in process easy. The cottage is very clean and comfortable and the courtyard was perfect for our dogs. Surprisingly very quiet considering the central location. Perfect place to stay in Melbourne, easy to get to the city by tram and walking distance to beautiful parks and beaches.
