Stay was wonderful and the rooms were very cozy.

old, not very clean, mattress old noisy and uncomfortable. woke up in the middle of the night, everything was itching… I don’t want to know what I had in the sheets….

Very cozy, that was the reason we chose this place in the first place. And the mountains, we Loved it.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything, including when couples decide to get a little bit frisky.

Great Breakfast, very nice and helpful host, nice Restaurant and Gelataria nearby, a supermarket, comfy beds, balcony and a busstop nearby. At night its quite, it has nice nature and a Forest/park nearby. Its very clean and has free+ fast WiFi.

The property owner is so kind and helpful. I would say " Yes " to the friends and families who are travelling to this hotel. Its clean, neat and safe. If I ever plan a next trip to belluno or dolomites, Albergo mirella, will be my first option for a comfortable stay over night.

Place could be bit more tidy, room could have have fans as it was really hot overnight even with open window

-Staff at the reception was rude. We got asked to pay for the city tax (2 euros per person), when we questioned if this was not already included in the price the person at the reception got very defensive and told us “I’m not a lier, this is simple bureaucracy. I’ve contacted Booking several times to tell then to update the website but they don’t do it” Turns out Booking mentions its 1.50 euros per person and that this is included in the price! So in any case we should have been asked to pay the difference only and not the full fee again! -Facilities are very outdated!!!! Quite old and need to be refreshed. Very old mattress -Poor organisation - all the bookings are made on randoms pieces if papers. I was given the key of a room already occupied m. -Quite far from the city centre (25/30min walk) -Breakfast not included in the price. Very expensive for the service and facilities!!!
