Rooms are outstandingly spacious, beds are really comfortable and the amount of amenities is above average for its class. Everything feels high quality. If you care about your car, the parking lot here is fantastic.

Although the location is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy city center, it’s rather far and will always require a commute by car. Almost everything comes at an extra charge (even a carton of water).

Dinner service was absolutely atrocious, we were ignored for 20 mins, wrong dishes served and drinks came after food. Access to the spa is not included (the website says spa treatments at an extra cost, you should make it explicit that ANY access to the spa costs 30 euros per person, also 2 sections of the spa weren’t even operational). We got woken up at 5am by a wedding party loitering underneath our bedroom window for one hour. Broken hairdryer in our room. The coffee is really bad, both in the room and at breakfast. We also overheard staff talking and laughing about an EXTREMELY inappropriate topic when we were having a quiet soft drink in the lobby bar after check out. Honestly I was so disappointed as this was a birthday present for my partner.

Nice room but it was a very hot day and the AC system was not able to keep up. Also the in room phone was not working. After 4 trips back to the front desk they moved us to another room. The lobby and restaurant area was also very warm. I understand that it was a hot day, but expected more for such a highly rated hotel.

we had problems with the air conditioning and had to switch rooms. then the door to the patio wouldn’t open. it’s an older property and needs some upkeep.

Beautiful place, great Breakfast and the staff at the reception desk were AWESOME. It´s 10-15 min away by car from Downtown Toledo but I recomend this hotel a 100%

Nothing to mention, everything was great.

The room was sensational. An extremely large room. Balconies with amazing views. The hotel is so beautiful. The gardens and the light filled area near the bar are amazing.

The hotel is lovely from the front door to the rooms. our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. also I credibly quiet.

Unfortunately they could not accommodate our request for bed we requested. We travelled with our son so one of us slept on the sofa. Feedback, the front desk line was very slow. This could be improved. Check out should not take this long.

Restaurant should have more food options especially breakfast.

The size of the room was perfect. Staff was very polite. Parking was very comfortable.

A hotel setting exceptionally high standards living up to its name! We had a very lovely suite and the beautiful bathroom had a jacuzzi! There were good views of the city skyline, the river and a formal garden with a fountain. I was recovering from sea sickness but the fresh, carefully prepared salade nicoise helped to restore me. The breakfast was superb. Hospitality with a vision! We felt as if we staying at the Ritz!

Beautiful hotel, great room.

Outdated for a 5 star hotel. Thermostat wasn’t working properly, very old anyways. Shower head needed some cleaning as we didn’t have any water pressure.
