warm welcome, the staff was really nice, nice swimming pool, wonderful views on the lake, air conditioning (really appreciated), spacious flat

missing the essential in the kitchen (no salt, no pepper, no dish soap, no sponge, etc.), not enough plates, missing some equipment to cook, the closing time of the pool at 6pm should be at least extended to 7pm or even 8pm

We loved the location, the swimming pool, the staff was incredibly nice. We could park our car in a garage so it stayed cool. The view was incredible. The terrace was for ourselves. The apartment was cool even when the sun was on there the whole time. It was clean. And at the swimming pool we had our fixed beds so it was covid proof. We were sad to leave!

You could hear the neighbours (beds against walls, crying kids etc) the doors could use a bit of oil so you could close them quietly and the pillows on the bed were not that comfortable

The view and the spaciousness of the room were amazing

Some umbrellas near the pool wore broken, but it’s a minor detail

Great location and suitable accommodation for a long weekend at beautiful lake como.
