The staff was very friendly and very useful. All our requests were taken care off immediately. The spa facilities were very nice. Quick drive to Luxembourg.

We had to pay extra for bathrobes and towels for using the spa. Extra money would be charged for clean towels to use in the spa every day. Our duplex suite was nice but there was no central heating radiator in the bedroom area, thus the overall area felt cold.

I di not like property - I expected a « Domaine » expect ed the hotel to be situated in grounds with a garden around it — which is is NOT - it is on a highway with a view of gas stations and a grocery store!! the swimming pool is underground

There is a huge misrepresentation — there is NO FOREST and there is NO DOMIANE! the hotel is on the sides of the road , nearest restaurants are McDonalds and Pizza Hut The beds were overly soft - you sunk into them Huge disappointment - I booked to have a romantic weekend get away — it was a fisasco Breakfast baked goods were terrible — industrial breads — Luxembourg has great bakeries, but this hotel has not bothered to source from them, instead using « fresh from frozen » probably from Aldi?!

Clean and very handy to find. The pool was great for the kids to splash around, although it was very quiet in the morning with no other guests so perhaps our timing was lucky 😄

We arrived at the hotel early but we able to check in and go to our room immediately. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good as was the evening meal we ate in the hotel restaurant.

No facilities in our room for making our own coffee or tea in the morning. Couldn't get the TV to work. Every channel we tried was unavailable. No instructions in English.

The place is luxurious in a very french way, but don‘t expect too much of it. The room was very large. Breakfast was luckily included.

Unfortunately, the Spa was closed, which we didn‘t know, but they had a freezing pool and a sauna. They charged us for towels, unknowingly.., in a Spa hotel! The staff was OK, not bad but just unmotivated. They did their jobs. The shower seemed to have a defect, it took ages to heat up and then it was really hot, same for the opposite. Also quite pricey.

Didn’t expect the spa to be closed, it wasn’t advised during the booking process. The bed wasn’t comfortable.

everything is fine. but it's kinda sad that the spas and sauna are close because of covid. The price could have been lessened. i wont gonna book this hotel again just to experienc the spas for the same price
