酒店坐拥着沙巴最漂亮干净的海滩，落日很壮观

价格奇高，远远超出沙巴其他豪华酒店的价位，但是提供的酒店设施乏善可陈，房间内设施甚至可以说是陈旧，这个价位内，可以说性价比极低。

It was clean and nice same like before in the 90’s been there before i love it the same good vibe.

Too expensive, somehow big room should allow to accomodate 4 or 6 people. Then i can bring my family here more often. Win win situation. I book a hotel room there and planning to take wedding picture using my mobile but were inform by front desk staff that I should have send a permission letter to the property incharge ahead of time. I think this is very important to note to all guest prior booking the hotel. The room that I booked is so far at the end since the room i book is sea view, but I was amaze to hear the sea wave sound so clearly and feel so relax while sitting at the balcony chillaxing.

Breakfast spread was amazing and full of variety. It caters for all sorts of pallets. There is something for everyone.

We thoroughly the Horizon Club lounge. The food, drinks, staff and variety of choices was outstanding!

Resort hotel that able to let you enjoy the resort facilities yet close to others amenities or town. Most of the staff are friendly, but some could be better. Over all it was good. Some details were put into consideration to makes you feel the true Malaysian hospitality with the welcome fruits and Chinese new year cookies in the room during Chinese new year. Kudos to the team! I’m impressed.

There are many picnics and glamping by the beach outside the resort that caused heavy traffic jam on the way to the hotel itself. So getting an e-hailing or taxi might be a challenge. Other than it’s a prestige and exciting resort, I also felt the maintenance of the facilities & the room needs to take into consideration and do some repairs/ face-lift for example… 1. the lifts at the Kinabalu wing, near the gym were not working properly. 2. the tv and safe box were not working properly as well; so I’ve spent 2 hours in the room, waited for the staff to repair the safe and the TV. 3. The toilet door also cant really fully open and stay at that position. So it was kind of gets in the way when you go in and out of the toilet. 4. Also notice some part of the furnitures in the room were broken.
